My Ideal Person
My perfect match is a man with a gentle spirit who is easy going, knows how to treat a lady, is self confident, but not arrogant, and he is a person of integrity who takes responsibility for his actions. He has the strength of character to admit when he is wrong and takes prompt action to set things right.

He will be my best friend. He is very physically affectionate, but is also patient, self-controlled, and celibate. He is strong in his faith, willing to give me his heart and is able to trust me to love him. He is not jealous, nor does he attempt to provoke jealousy. He is a man of integrity and strong moral character who will be loyal, and faithful all the days of his life. He is considerate of others, willing to help others in need, and humble. He knows the bible well, and tries his best to live by it. He is a giver rather than a taker, and has a strong sense of loyalty to his family and friends.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith in Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God is my compass....my cornerstone. Everything else in my life builds around Him. I make my decisions based on what I believe His word instructs. Jesus Christ is my entire hope for the future, and my reason for being able to get out of bed in the mornings and continuing to press forward regardless of the challenges I face. I know everything will work in my life for good ultimately because God's word says it will.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Every Word spoken of God is important to me, but if you want to know my favorite verses, they pertain to the future coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. I favor John 14:1-3, I love 1 Thess. 4:16-18, and Revelation chapter 4. I have a great appreciation for the 2nd chapter of 1 John that describes how we know we are children of God, and I love the Romans Road that I use to lead others to Christ. The entire bible is sacred to me and I love the whole thing.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I have been married for 15 years to a man who does not have a relationship with God. I was walking in rebellion when I married him in my 20's and although I returned to my christian walk shortly after, I have tried to make the best of a mismatched pairing ever since. He was unfaithful and I have been advised during church counseling that divorce is the best option for me. I am currently in that process. I welcome the new opportunity God has given me to find a soulmate who believes as I do, is willing to love and be loved, and embrace this fresh chance to finally have a happy and fulfilling life serving God with someone who shares my faith.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in a small town just south of Tulsa. I still live only a short distance from my parents, who have been married to each other for 45 years. I have travelled to 9 different countries in Europe, and lived in Colorado, Kansas, Texas, and in Florida. I am partial to beautiful beaches, majestic mountains, and like to visit places I have never been. I hope one day to travel to Israel and see the Holy Lands. I have a friend in Israel that I have communicated with over the past decade.
