I hate it when guys tell me I'm not too large for them and after a meeting has been talked about they suddenly start avoiding me or tell me they're getting back together with a "new" girlfriend. I'm not stupid fellas, I can read between the lines and I DO have feelings. If I'm too big for you JUST SAY SO.
I attend our local community college and am trying to get my Associates Degree in P.O.S.T. (Professional Office Systems Technology) and am going after several medical certificates. I AM NOT studying to be a doctor or nurse.
I have several interests ranging from cooking, reading, listening to music, playing with my pet, & being with friends.
Right now I am trying to rebuild my relationship with God. I've been away from my church for about 13 years. I've had a lot of misdirected anger towards God for several different reasons and am working closely with my priest to get rid of that anger and replace it with love. After all, God saved me from dying when I had a stroke as a ten MONTH old baby. Obviously he has something special in mind for me. I can't go on being mad at someone who saved my life can I? I do my best to attend services four days a week, meet with my priest once a week or so, read my devotions & my bible daily, and pray daily. It doesn't all get done but I try to make sure it does. If you have any more questions just ask me. I'm pretty much an open book. Right now since living on my own isn't an option (because of Epilepsy) I live in my parents basement.
My Ideal Person
I've been divorced for three years and am now ready to move on with my life and find someone who wants a relationship. I'm looking for someone who wants to have fun. I'd like someone who is honest, funny, affectionate, compassionate, patient, romantic, intelligent, and is a good kisser. Looks aren't that important. My ideal age range is somewhere between 29 - 45 years old. I would at least like to have a few things in common with the person I meet. I would love to have someone I could talk to about my relationship with God and not have them think I'm crazy.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
As of late it has become very important to me. I was raised in the Episcopal church for many years and then lost my way and stopped going. I've recently started going again and am trying to rebuild my relationship with God.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in Louisiana & moved to NC when I was 2 or 3 years old. We stayed in NC til I was 5 and then moved to PA. We left PA when I was 6 and moved to VA. When I was 7 we left VA & moved back to PA. When I was 13 we moved to WV where I've lived ever since. I've never really travelled outside the U.S. but in 2000 I was taken to Nashville for a week by my parents as a vacation from my job and my the prison that my marriage had become. I'd still love to travel outside the U.S. to places like Spain, France, Italy, Greece, & England. My parents travel extensively and I'd love the chance to do just a FRACTION of that.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I don't have many favorite activities at church except attending the 8am Sunday morning with my parents, attending the Angelus & Centering Prayer followed by Evening Prayer on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Outside church I'd say my favorite activity in Downtown Lewisburg is going to The Harmony Ridge Gallery, having my latte, and looking around at all the SPECTACTULAR art (in all forms) for sale (my personal favorite is their jewelry). I enjoy working out at our local health club and window shopping.

My daily routine never stays the same.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Getting through school AND graduating is probably my biggest goal right now. God willing, I only have 2 or 3 semesters left.
