Optimistic happy minister looking for Christian friends and dates who can handle dating a minister! // I love people, love God and love going out to dinner, movies or sports games with friends. I am at home in one on one relationships or in large groups since I am a fun extrovert. Growing up in Kentucky, I lived for basketball season and still do but have switched my loyalty from SEC to the ACC.
I am a proud mother of two beautiful daughters the last of which will go off to college in the fall. So, I will have more free time!
I have served as a Missionary to Argentina (beautiful place, wonderful beef and wine) and currently head up missions to the gulf coast and to other places in the US and world. It is inspiring to see God work.
I am a painter. The next class I'm taking is Impressionistic finger painting (Monet style) . Doesn't that sound messy and fun?
I love to talk to friends and am a very good listener too. I have a happy life!!
My Ideal Person
It takes a special man who can handle being in a relationship with a minister. The workdays are sometimes long but the rewards are incredible too. I am looking for a Christian man with a joyous spirit to spend time with.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
It is everything.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Be anxious for nothing but by prayer and suplication lay your cares on the Lord.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Christ died for me to save me from my sins. Christ has helped me through rough times and lifted me up in good ones. My Christian walk is paramount in my life.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Lexington, Ky. At 28 I left for the first time and since have lived in Michigan, Ohio, in several places in NC, in Atlanta and in Argentina. I have visited seral countries in S. America Israel and Jordan and of course Canada and Mexico. One of my favorite places on earth in Harbour Island, Bahamas--a remote island with pink sand and turquoise water and millions of Conk shells! I go to the beach as often as I can and often sit for a long time just looking at the waces and the horizon.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love music. I like to listen or to sing with a group or alone. I enjoy worship in many styles and from many traditions.
I love to shop and I enjoy a bargain and using coupons. I love to go to the movies and to live theatre and concerts.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Up before 7, private time for devotions and reflection, to work around 8:30. Work some nights. Off Fridays and Saturdays generally. Sunday is a rather full day.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To quote John Wesley the founder of the Methodist movement, I want to move on to perfection in love--love of people and of God.
