Hi - I'm a spirit-filled, freckle-faced, red-head that loves the Lord with all my heart and soul. I'm retired from the federal govt. Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
It is very important to me - it's my life - if it wasn't for God in my life - I would be dead - He is the reason I live and rejoice in life - He has brought so much healing into my life - He brought me through so many storms and I just love Him so much.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Hebrews 13:5 - He will never leave me nor forsake me. Is 61:1 - The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me, because the Lord has appointed me to bring good news to the poor. Jeremiah 29:1 - He knows the plans He has for me, plans to prosper me and not harm me.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Relationship is the key word - first relationship with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. I think it's important to be equally yoked - whether it's good friends or a future mate.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in NE - but have lived all over the US - Colorado, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, South Dakota, Hawaii, Virginia, Kentucky, and Alabama. All places have their own beauty but my favorite place is now Alabama - I love living here - over 15 years now.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love to pray and testify of God's goodness in my life. I love to teach and tell people of the transformation God has done in my life and point them to my healer and saviour - Jesus - and let them know He will do the same for them, if they desire. And most of all I enjoy telling people about God's love!
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To seek God's face on a daily basis - to come closer and be more intimate with Him. To go wherever and whenever He sends me and say what He has me say.
