My Ideal Person
I'm looking for someone to talk openly and honestly with. Right now I just need some good friends. Since becoming a christian I have lost most of my "friends" and I am hoping to find some new ones here. While my main use for this site will be to gain new friends in Christ, if a relationship should develop with someone, I will consider it a wonderful blessing from God. Everyone needs friends, and I pray that we all find what our hearts are searching for.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I was raised in the church and loved my earlier days spent there. As I got older, I got away from the church and made alot of bad choices. As a result I brought much suffering to myself and my family. Turning to God and living the way He wants me too has changed my life so much. I know that without Him I am nothing. I am growing more and more and my walk with the Lord grows stronger daily. I make no decisions without talking to Him, I read my Bible daily and share my love for Him daily. Fortunately my job allows me many opportunities to witness and tell others waht He's done for me. He is my reason for being.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Psalm:91, Proverbs3;5,6, 2 Corinthians 4;7-10, 16-18, 2 Corinthians 6:3-13 2 Corinthians 5:17 Ephesians 5:15-20 Philippians 4:4-14,Psalm 31 Psalm 119:89-105, and of course 1 Corinthians 13 1 Peter 3:4 You should be known for the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Is there any other way? I believe that a relationship without God is sure to fail. He must be the center of it all. He is my everything and I don't make any decisions without Him. I can't do anything without His guidance. He is my reason for living and I will not be in a relationship without Him. I can't take care of myself without Him, so how can I expect to be in a relationship without Him. Also it's important to me that my children grow up in a christian home with God as the center of it all.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in High Point, N.C. but I have lived in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and also Colorado. I have not traveled as much as I would like to, but I hope to do some traveling in the future. I would love to visit Colorado again, it is beautiful country and I would also like to go to California. As for my favorite places to go, probably to the Ozark mountains to see the Passion Play. It is an outdoor play based on the crucifiction. It is almost like being at the crucifiction all over again, it is so real, you really feel like you were there to witness Christ's death. It is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I also love the beach and the mountains, I feel so close to the Lord.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I love to sing and spend time with my 6 year old son. Nothing brings me more joy than being with him. Singing is my way of expressing myself to the Lord. I also love to do anything that involves fellowship with other christians. A concert, christian or other is always good. My most favorite thing to do would be renting some movies, getting some takeout and snuggling up on the couch with that special someone.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
1. To lead as many people to the Lord as possible 2. Praise God everday for saving me. 3. To be the best mom I can to my kids, and to be an example for them.
