My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a man who is continually seeking to have a closer relationship with God. He doesn't need to be a church-goer, per se, but someone who looks to God seeking His will. I have explored many churches in the area (church-shopping), but haven't been a regular attender anywhere for about a year. I find that most churches are very family-oriented, and don't focus on their singles. While I was a regular churchgoer at a few area churches, I found my spiritual needs were being met, but my fellowship needs were not. I was raised Presbyterian, but have enjoyed a few aspects of more evangelical and non-denominational churches, but have yet to find the right mix that fits me. Recently I have enjoyed sleeping in and having a more one-on-one fellowship with God on a daily basis. I hope to find a church to fellowship with in the future.
