I am Pam, I am divorced. I love the Lord, my , christian contemp. music, diet coke, & fun. // My friends and my say that I am on outgoing person. I am friendly and open. My walk with the Lord and been a bumpy path, but I have learned that no matter what happens he is just a whisper away ". I enjoy eating out, good movies, ( I like action movies and mysteries) plus good conversations. And I have been known to boot scoot to George Straight. Reading in one of my joys also, from mysteries to my christian authors. I enjoy listening to the Newsboys to Michael W. Smith. I love chrisitan comptemporary music! I try to keep it on at home and at work to keep my focus where it needs to be, but I also like country music, and grew up with Good Rock n Roll. My career is in Agriculture. I am a secretary for a peanut buying point. We contract peanuts to buy, and sell which involves our corporate office, farmers, and truckdrivers. My job is enjoyable and important to me but, it is just a job. One of the interesting things I have done is that I lived in Alburquerque, NM in the early 70's. I help start a mission church there. We did some amazing things from door to door witnessing, to working in a Billy Graham crusade to going to a Jesus rally. You learn in mission work to appreciate what we take for granted now. Buildings, Sunday school material, hymnals etc. It was a blessing and a ecperience I will never forget.
My Ideal Person
I am looking for someone who wants to take a slow time developing a relationship. I like going out / meeting new people, but the real reason that I decided to try this site is that as a Christian I will like to date some one who has the same christian values that I have. A serious long term realionship is something I would have to think about . I totaly believe in marriage. But at this point in my life I want to take things slow. I dont want to date just "any guy" that doesn't interest me. I would like to meet someone to have fun with, to converse with, share ideas but most of all who loves the Lord. My former church was involved in Promise Keepers and I thought that was one of the most exciting things to see. Christian men standing up for God and serving Him in their own way. My children are inportant to me, as is my grand kids.I have three children and three grandkids with one on the way. My family is very important to me, but they have their own lives to live, just as I have mine. But with the right person you can enjoy them all.
The guy I would like to date, should be a gentleman who would repect me and my ideas. Be humorous and fun loving. The future? I don't know I wouldn't mind traveling, I enjoy the outdoors but not the pitch a tent kinda girl. (I like flushy toliets) Not really the athletic type either. I end up laughing at myself. But don't mind watching a good college ballgame or baseball.Being a Texas Tech fan. And of course a soccer or softball game that my grandkids are in. Which I would yell a loud encouragement!!
