My Ideal Person
Someone who puts God first, above everyone and everything else. I believe that is the only way a relationship can work. The man God has for me should not be too serious, but should be able to relax and enjoy life. He should be settled and ready to build a relationship. He should be active and enjoy various activities.

Favorite films: Any good comedy or suspense/thriller.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is what has gotten me through some really tough times. I have only been saved 5 years but I am constantly growing and learning.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Jeremiah 29:11-14, Anything out of James

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I have learned through my Christian walk that God has someone out there that He has picked just for me. That person knows that his first love has to be Christ before he can love someone else. If you don't have that relationship with Christ, you don't know what true love is.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in the DFW metroplex. My parents still live in the same house that they moved into when I was a baby. I have traveled to Mexico, Vegas, Colorado and many states between here and Pennsylvania (where my grandparents used to live.) I love the mountains and the beach...but neither one more that the other.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I work with the youth and play in the praise and worship band. I go with the youth to camp every year. I am a people person and I enjoy just getting together with friends. I love going to the Nascar races and have season tickets.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Up about 6:00, read the paper and have a cup of coffee...have a quiet time. About 7:00 get the boys up and started on breakfast. I get ready, get them ready and head out the door about 7:45. I work until 4:00 or 4:30 then come home and play with them or just relax. I go to bed about 11:00.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To grow spiritually to the point that I can actively let God take control and run the show all the time, not just when I get tired of doing it or mess it up. I want to have a stronger prayer life.
