Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I am a committed Christian, but not conservative or evangelical. I believe in the power of prayer, God's love, and searching for God's guidance. I pray whenever or wherever the need arises (silently, people don't know I am praying) but do not have a specific prayer time, or pray before bed or upon waking. I do not talk about religion with others unless I am in a Church type group. I believe in guardian angels, but not in ghosts or evil spirits.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want....." "I lift mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help?....." "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord......."

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I was married for almost 30 yrs to a man who was agnostic. It was lonely. I could never discuss my faith, beliefs, doubts, concerns. During times of trouble and stress, it really helps to pray together and work as a team.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
Grew up in Ohio, on an acre of land in the suburbs. I have been to Ontario, Canada; British Columbia, Canada; Australia (East Coast including snorkling on the Great Barrier Reef); Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; sailing in the Baja, Mexico; the British Virgin Islands for sailing; and to Tijuana on a church mission to build houses. The Virgin Islands was a beautiful place to sail, with warm water to swim in. Someday I would like to see the rest of the world.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Singing in the church choir; annual women's retreat. I belonged to the Women's Association & Bible studies before I went back to work full time. I was a Stephen's Minister for a few years.
