I look to the future because that's where I'm going to spend the rest of my life. // I am funloving and energetic. I love to travel and learn about all different cultures. I am currently in my second to last year at the University of Connecticut studying special education with my concentration in history/social studies. My dream is to teach secondary social studies. I am VERY passionate about education and the inequalities in our educational system, my desire is to teach in an urban or otherwise disadvantaged school system where I can work at the grassroots level to change some of the issues facing our ren and hopefully make lasting positive change in the lives of those most easily overlooked. I love to cook and enjoy learning how to make new foods from different countries or cultures. I enjoy going out and having a good time but also truly appreciate a quiet and relaxing evening at home.
