I have a deep love for all animals, the outdoors, water - lakes, pools -the ocean. I'm happiest outside breathing the fresh air, working in the ground, decorating, horse back riding, doing pet therapy with my dog with a lost and hurting soul, or sitting with my soulmate on the beach, holding hands and watching God's glorious panorama as the waves crash towards us. I need someone with a great sense of humor - - that offbeat ability to see the best in everything and laugh about it. I'm an incurable optimist and would like someone laid back and tolerant. My daughters say I grew up like the kid who was put in a room with a shovel and a pile of manure. I'm shoveling like crazy to get to the bottom because there's got to be a horse in there somewhere. (As a matter of fact, when I was 5 y ears old I saved my allowance and bought a rope, hoping my parents would add the pony soon).
My Ideal Person:
I'm looking for that very special someone that is truly a soulmate. A man that I share common interests with. After all, when we are 98 years old, we still want things to talk and laugh about when nothing else works!! I want my man to say for the next 40 years, that every time he see's me walk in the room, his heart skips a beat; and I want to feel the same toward him. Christ must be the core and the foundation of our relationship; because nothing is complete without the Lord in it, around it, and through and through it. I'd like my soulmate to love the Lord with all his heart, his mind and his spirit! with me and his family next in line.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Faith -- the substance of things hoped for.
Faith -in a Heavenly Father that guarantees life eternal.
Faith in His Goodness, and that no matter what happens, be it tragedy or miracle - He has it all in control.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Everyone that is breathed of God. Which means the whole book!!
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because the bible calls us not to be unevenly yoked. I couldn't imagine trying to share a love - - or even falling in love with someone that wasn't a Believer.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I am from Minniesoda!! Hear that twang? That's good you don't, because I left there when my kids were babies - - spent 2 years in Washington DC - - yes some of it in the White House - - and then lived in California for 30 glorious years. I loved it there, but God called our family to North Carolina and I'm equally happy here because this is where God put us.
I've traveled everywhere but Hawaii and Europe. Love to go places and do things and meet new people.
Everywhere and anywhere are my favorite places to visit. If it has water and swimming with dolphins, that's a plus!

You must be kidding..........
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
