If your looking for a 20 year-old model who has never had a child and never lived life then you can stop right here because I'm not her.

If your looking for another name to add to your little black book so that you don't have to get real, put any effort or sacrifice into building a real relationship, or if you are just lining women up to try on for size without any true interest in making a purchase then you can stop as well 'cause I'm not her either.

I'm not interested in playing games.

Now that, we are through that, let me tell you about the man I want to get to know.

I want to meet someone who shares my Christian morals and who respects woman as equals in this world and in God's sight.

I want to make friends first and let the Lord take it from there.

I am looking to find someone who is open, honest and enjoys taking in the beauty of the world we live in. I would like to find someone who shares some of my same interests, especially music. I never learned to play an instrument so if you play one that would be wonderful.

I like facial hair on a man so if you have it that is no problem here and if you don't that is fine as well. And a good sense of humor is a must as I do tend to get silly at times.

It is most important that you love children and be prepared to accept my children and grandchildren as your own as I most definitely will be claiming yours.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith in God is my very life. Without Him I would not be here today, alive and sane and able to praise and worship His Holy name.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Growing up in an abusive and dysfunctional environment several verses were mainstays for me. Psalms 4:8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, Lord, only makest me dwell in safety. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy path. Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are pased away.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Because it is God's will. I have learned, from experience that living according to my own will results in failed relationships. A hard lessoned learned but one I have taken to heart.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in West Texas but my natural dad was part gypsy I think and we lived all over the state of Texas, California, Missouri, Arkansas and a few other places I think before he left our home when I was 6 or 7. My first step-dad was an oil man so again we moved around the state of Texas and also spent 2 years in Tehran, Iran before I finally left home. After I got married I lived in Massachusetts, Japan (where my two children were born), Maryland and then back to Massachusetts, then Texas where I have been ever since (1985?) My favorite places are wherever I am with my children and/or grandchildren, the ocean, a waterfall (or just about anywhere there is water especially if I can get in it).

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Singing is one for sure, and just good old fashioned fellowship. Being with my children and/or grandchildren doing whatever, swimming, horseback riding, gardening, playing in a park. I like to go fishing, swimming, or just walking. I enjoy reading, watching a movie, gardening. I like to just be with someone who is good company doing whatever they are interested in. I also enjoy the theatre and would like to get back into acting.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I spend my days, usually, with my two oldest grandkids, messing around on the computer, trying to get them to do their chores, helping where and when I can.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I want to continue to grow and mature in the Lord and would like to eventually have the opportunity to really use the talent He has given me of singing. And, I pray that God has someone out there for me to spend the rest of my life with. Someone that I can grow and mature in the Lord alongside of.
