I love being outdoors, especially the beach. I love gardening, hiking, travel, going to the gym and studing God's Word. I teach Bible Studies and piano lessons. I love swing dancing. I can be found at Strutter's Ball in Orange on Wednesday nights! Would like to play tennis (but I'm not very good at it! Just sounds like fun!) I work on staff at a large church. I am also a Mystery Shopper for fun! (Free food at restaurants!!) I am a flexible person and easy to talk with. I enjoy landscape photography. (Ask me to send you one of my good shots). Oh, and one more thing you'll need to know--I LOVE chocolate!

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I am no longer a member here, but will try to stay online for a few days in case you want to IM me. I have moved to another site.
I have a relationship with Jesus Christ, my Savior. It is a daily walk with Him which includes Bible study, prayer and being in community with other Christians. Finding someone with these same values is ESSENTIAl to establishing an initial friendship.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Isaiah 30:21 "Whether you look to the left or to the right, there is a Soft Voice whispering, 'this is the way, walk in it.'" I pray this Scripture when I need guidance.
2 Chronicles 16:9 "The eyes of the Lord roam to and fro throughout the whole earth, seeking to give strength to those whose eyes are fixed on Him."
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A Christian relationship is vital for me. This is a huge part of my life. We would not be able to really even relate if we didn't have this in common.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born and raised in California. I love to travel. This year I visited London and Paris with a few friends. I also spent a week with my daughter (age 21) in Maui! I love to travel just about anywhere.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Worship. I love to worship. I love music...another huge part of my life. Outside of church, I enjoy a walk around Balboa Island or on the beach, sharing a meal, a good movie. I love concerts and theatre too.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I work at a church and during my work day, I do a lot of administrative things. However, I am also able to teach Bible Study, counsel and spend time with women. I often go to the gym at lunchtime, or have lunch with a friend. I teach piano lessons a few nights after work for fun. I love to garden and you might find me there for a bit each day. I do spend a lot of time studying the Bible.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Personal goals....hmmmm....I could have a lot of different goals, but it really depends on where the Lord leads. I have some ministry goals. Spiritually, my goal is always to be more Christlike...to reflect His image, which is a constant battle as I shed the things that get in the way.
