My friends describe me as intelligent,warm, caring and sensitive, honest and down to earth. I can be chatty and engaging but enjoy quiet contemplation without the pressure of unnecessary talk.I have a great sense of humour and love being in really good company. On a date I prefer a quiet relaxed atmosphere with opportunty to talk, but I do enjoy clean comedy and good gospel /classical music depending on my mood. I enjoy the outdoors, but more so if I am in good company. I love people, whoever they may be and enjoy engaging with anyone, as long as they are honest and down to earth, not hypocritical or patronising. I am a strong and gentle independent woman and I really enjoy pampering and being pampered by someone special. Some people say I look young for my age, but I have a very mature personality, and support many oldfashioned values, for which I make no apologies, and am not prepared to compromise. However, I am funloving,with an upbeat approach to life, living and loving. Hey, its great to be alive!! Know how many people would have preferred to still be around today?? I see that as my biggest and best blessing. When I wake up each morning and realize its a new day I get a real buzz! I am interested in meeting caring, sensitive intelligent men, who have a sense of humour and are capable of giving and receiving love. Should be a practicing christian or willing to become one. Should know how to admire, support and enjoy a strong independent woman. I am looking for a serious longterm relationship,but wish to make friends for chats etc. and develop friendships first. Physically I am fairly fit, I exercise at least 3 times a week. My views about children are flexible and depends on the individual circumstances. I have one daughter 16 years old.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is a very important part of my daily life. I've been a practicing christian for many years. But they were not without lots of personal struggles and challenges. I now consider myself to have a mature relationship with my Creator. I look forward to sharing that with someone special.

John 3.16-17, 2.Chronicles 7v.14, Jer.29.11-12. 2.Chronicles 25.9.

Similar values and beliefs reduce the potential for unnecessary conflict.

Born in the Caribbean, educated and settled in the UK . I Have travelled all over parts of Europe, USA, Africa, India and Caribbean. Loved it all. Have plans to do more.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Church ministries have included work with children, youth, adults and older people, in the areas of mentoring, education, health and life skills.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Up at 5.am, morning devotion, shower, dress, breakfast, travel to work, (Usually around 6.30-7am) arrive at the office around 7.30-8am. normal day at work,(till approx 6pm) home, supper,reading and chilling out time, depending on evening plans. Retire approx 11pmish, or before depending on next days activities. Phew!!!
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Improving personal prayer relationship, using all possible support, rather than just the traditional routes. For example, using the bible, (Some great prayers in Psalms for example), journals, prayer and devotion books.
