Hi!,
I'm very warm hearted, generous of self and good natured person with a lively sense of humour or so my friends say. I am Mum to two teenage sons ( 18 and 16),a cheeky West Highland terrier Lil and cat Ruby.
I am actively involved in my Church. Next year I am planning to return to part time study at Bible College.
Friends and family are very important to me. I love catching up with friends to hang out and chat, to watch a movie or have a meal and of course coffee with all of the above. Oh ... and I reserve the right to be high maintenance about good quality chocolate!
In life, I have a great love of learning new things and some of my favourite activities are;
Reading architecture magazines at Borders
Laughing...mainly at myself !
Watching lightning, sunrises and sunsets...trying to be annoyingly cheerful in the mornings.
Some of my other interests include
Art and Architecture, visiting gardens, being in nature, food of course, and I love reading.
My two most favourite TV Programmes are Grand Design and
Compass. I enjoy nothing better than curling up to watch a good film or dvd. Some of my favourites from my dvd collection are
The Straight Story, Memoirs of a Geisha and Tuesdays with Morrie.
I love books and seem to have an ever growing collection. Some of the books that have impacted the most are the Bible, Banker to the Poor- Muhummad Yunus, The Pursuit of Happyness- Chris Gardner and The Shack - William Young.
My Ideal Person:
I am seeking a Godly man, who is fun and romantic. Someone who has big arms to embrace all that I am. You have experienced life's bumps and scrapes. Life has taught you the importance of communication, growth, how to be comfortable with yourself and empathetic with others.
