My Ideal Person:
When I think of a partner he needs to be someone that is totally devoted to our lord and savior and to a total christian way of life. He must love children and be willing to raise mine with me in the ways of christ. He must not be to hard or harsh and be willing to accept the short comings of those around him...most of all me knowing that we are all sinners and growing daily in christ. He must be strong but gentle he must follow the orders of christ to love his wife as christ loves the church. He must also be honest. I used to be very trusting but now trust comes hard for me but I am learning to trust again.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
my faith is very important to me it is the foundation on which I live...without it I would not survive.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
John 3:16 was the first scripture that I memorized as a child it was then and is now among my favorites others include Psalms 27:1-14,2 Samuel 13, Galatians 1:10

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I have had other relationships that were not firmly planted in the lord and I believe very strongly that that is the main reason they failed

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born in Virginia and lived there most of my life. I have traveled to several states. Mostly those up and down the eastern seaboard and a few in traveling out west to wyoming.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
In church it is singing and praising our lord as well as the womens bible study group. My passion in life aside from the lord is cooking. I love most all outdoor activities such as camping and I love going for long walks enjoying all the splender that our lord has created.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
my day generally starts early with some quiet time between my creator and me. Then I see my children off to school.... the rest is not real exciting just work and the usual everyday activities of life...my family has a very varied schedule but I try to be there for each of them at either the beginning or end of their day to catch up on all that is new.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
well it's all personal and all spiritual one and the same everything I do I do for his glory...everyday I desire to walk closer to my lord and saviour...God has been doing a great work in me for some time and I pray that I will be prepared soon to help others that are in need as I was not too long ago. It has been a desire of mine to either finish my degree or to just continue my education in some other field. My older boys and I have discussed and made plans to start our own catering business if it is the lord's will.
