My favorite saying is: "Life is too short to spend it doing something you hate!" My Mother's favorite saying was: "Something good comes from everything." I try to combine these two statements and add them to the Great Commandment to love God with all my heart and my neighbor as myself. I love my Blessed Redeemer and His people, my two children and "the son-n-law"! I am the baby of seven preacher's kids (and yes that whole birth order thing is pretty accurate). My parents taught us to love God first and each other second. I love to sing and listen to music, watch movies, the mountains, a good book and a porch swing.
