I am mom to two fantastic sons, and I have been alone for almost ten years now. I am passionate about books & hoard a large collection. I draw and paint, also love classical music, opera. I have a very soft heart and cant bear anyone to hurt or have loss... I try to help, help, help wherever I can. I visit three old folks in my town and do housework for them or just be a friend. I feel drawn to helping the elderly but also am passionate about children too, and did voluntary stint in Romania, years ago before becoming a mum. I love Jesus and read my Bible daily. I read a lot of Christian literature, mostly Corrie ten Boom, Philip Yancey and Matt Lucas. I am deeply intersted in the survivor stories of the Jews in WW2. I love rainy windy weather (a real Irish girl through and through) and when in my twenties used to love to travel, hitching alone through Greece and living an adventurous spontaneous life. Deep at heart I am tough and brave, I face obstacles and am not afraid of hard work or difficulties. Now as mom, maintaining a secure and happy home are my top daily aims. I keep a tidy but creative house, and being single mom has been tough, but I always try my best and each day is a new journey. Id love someone to come spoil me a little, help me feel like a woman and person or even a princess Yes I am very romantic too though there has been no romance for a long time.
My Ideal Person:
Hi there, I am searching for a lovely person who loves Jesus but isnt a Bible nut (one of those scarey types). Someone who reads their Bible and is trying to walk with the Lord. I would like to meet a kind caring man who is big hearted, cares about children and the vulnerable (...a Greek speaker would be wonderful as my two sons are Greek and we miss using the language.) I doubt if I would relocate so my man would be interested in coming to me and want to be a caring friend and husband to me and my sons. Id wish you to be on the generous side of sensible with money, not afraid to help those in need as I do, while maintaining a solid home. A sense of humour would be great I would in return be the best Christian wife, loving and loyal, with you through thick and thin.
