I am a mother of 4 grown children, grandmother of 15. I am much younger at heart than the numbers in my birth date. I was widowed a couple of years ago and don't like the loneliness. I miss having someone to share my days and nights with. I miss cooking for someone. I even miss doing the extra laundry. I have many interests, but most aren't any fun to do alone. I am just a basic member on here, so I can't respond. I am in the Senior Singles discussion group on here if interested in a public conversation.
My Ideal Person:
My ideal person!!!!! Wow!!! It's Christmas! First: He must be a born-again believer who takes it seriously. By that I mean, he enjoys being active in church, not just an occasional attender. He must be willing to make a commitment, not just looking for a fling. I would hope he would be taller than me; likes to help around the house (not to do the work, but to help as in being involved). (I think working together in the kitchen with all the sights and smells is very exhilerating.) I need someone that can do my yard work since I have allergies. I also need someone who likes homemade bread. Someone who likes to travel. I want a new best friend who wants a real relationship. Someone who can put up with my big family and my dogs. I am alergic to cats.
