Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is crucial to me. It defines who I am, what I believe, how I live, and my future. I love the Lord and continually seek to grow in Him to better my representation of Him and His Kingdom.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
My favorite verses are Deuteronomy 8:2 and 3: "Don't forget how the LORD your God has led you through the desert for the past forty years. He wanted to find out if you were truly willing to obey Him and depend on Him, so He made you hungry. Then He gave you manna, a kind of food that you and your ancestors had never even heard about. The LORD was teaching you that people need more than food to live - - they need every word that the Lord has spoken."

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
A Christian relationship is so important to me because first it yokes us together as one with the same outlook and purpose for life. As well, it is only through a living relationship with God through the blood of Christ in the power of the Spirit that we can enjoy life together to its ultimate fulfillment. I believe that with all my heart.

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana. I have not been out of the country but would love to one of these days.

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
My favorite activity at Church is when I am teaching. I love to assist others in their Christian development. Social functions are enjoyed as well. Outside the church I enjoy sports, card games, etc., and being with family and friends.

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
I work in the mattress business so my hours are not the normal 8 to 5. I usually arrive at work about 30 to 1 hour early (9:00am) and stay until 8:00pm, so my five work days are pretty much just work. I take off on Sundays to dedicate to the Lord's house.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
My personal goals are to continue to grow with my company and to continue to improve in my field. My spiritual goal is to keep fighting the good fight of faith to continue to grow in grace and in the knowledge of the Son of God. I have been contemplating writing a book on discipleship (at least, attempting it anyway).
