I am a single mother of a 6 yr old boy. He brings me more joy than I can express. He makes me laugh & sometimes even cry. He makes me feel ten feet tall & bulletproof ; yet always keeps me humble. He makes me want to be a better person. He's the reason I get up in the morning & try to go to bed early at night. He is my most valuable possession. His innocent & purity has strengthened my walk with God. As I have strived to teach him spirituality & not religion, I am often amazed at his insight. His simplicity helps to balance my overanalytical mind, the result of having a BS in psychology. I am also a certified hypnotherapist.
I am a free spirit & feel at home whether I am sleeping on a dirt floor of a hogan on a navajo reservation or in a bed & breakfast. I am a graphic designer & have won many awards for my photography. I have painted & wrote poetry all of my life. I have a secret desire to be a motivation speaker. I like to watch the Redskins play & 24 race.
I am health conscious & eat organic whenever possible. I eat what God says eat, I follow my owner's manual, The Bible. I am not uptight though & love to eat. I like to cook & enjoy good food.
I am active in my church, I teach classes & have a large lending library (Yes, I am a book worm). I put God first in all I do. I give him the first part of my day & my $. I've found everything runs smoothly that way. I have a close personal relationship with God, he helps me with everything in my life from the simple (lost items) to the complex (broken hearts). If you understand where I am coming from I'd like to hear from you.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a man who puts God first in his life, then all the other important things like honesty, integrity, loyalty, etc.,naturally comes as well. I need a man who can love my son like his own, & is a good example of how to be a real man. He must have a good sense of humor, as I love to laugh often. He must be passionate about things in his life... God, his career, me, my son, etc. Shallow, immature, narrow-minded men need not reply.
