I am a fun, Christian single mom (and no, that is not an oxymoron!).
I have just returned to the Austin area after living in Orange County, CA for the past twenty years.
I am a flight attendant of 21 years, hence, "hostess with the mostest", and I can honestly say I still love my job! What else do I love? I love people(kids included), traveling, live music, good friends, good food, an easy smile, a beautiful sunset, warm sand under my feet, dancing, a good movie, a good book, a long kiss, random acts of kindness and more. The rest you will have to discover yourself!
I enjoy dressing up but on most days life lends itself to jeans, and that's ok too.
I see the glass half full and appreciate that trait in others. I also believe in practicing the golden rule and am teaching my children to do the same.
I have a sign in my house that reads " faith, family, and friends" and I celebrate life in that order. Every day I try to be the best mom and friend I can be, and hope to have put a smile on God's face as well!
My Ideal Person:
My List: A man of character, with strength and dignity. He would be faithful, honest, trustworthy, and possess integrity. He would need to have a good sense of humor, love laughing, (at me or with me), or just at life. I hope he would like traveling as we would travel for free!
My man would have to be active to keep up with my busy family life, and it almost goes without saying he would have to love kids. I have 3 boys and 1 girl who need a good role model. We are a great family and I am looking for a man who would compliment what God has already begun.
I actually have on my heart a man who loves the Lord more than me!
