If faith, fun, and the arts are important to you, then I want to meet you! I'm thirty-four years old. I have an infectious laugh. I've been involved in various community and Christian theater groups over the years. I enjoy playing and listening to music of various types.
Religion is very important to me. As you may have seen elsewhere in my profile I am a clergyperson. That being said, I do hold pretty high standards for myself and others, but that doesn't mean I don't know how to have fun. I'm looking for someone who will respect my vocation, but not run screaming from it.

I'm pretty open to what I'm looking for in a guy. I think it might be fun to date a younger guy (25-2 , but I'm open to the possibility of dating guys my own age and older as well.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Faith is very important to me. Faith led me to my vocation as a pastor and it is what keeps me going.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Matthew 6--the passage about not worrying always seems to come up at various points in my life.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I think only a Christian partner can accept and understand someone with my vocation.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in western Pennsylvania. I've done a lot of traveling. I've been to Israel, Germany, and Argentina--all through either seminary studies or through my work as a pastor. My family and I enjoy vacationing in Wildwood, NJ in the summer.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I take part in a Christian drama group that performs an Easter musical every year. Outside of church I've performed with Civic Theatre in Allentown and I do medieval historical reenactment with a couple groups.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
In the morning I check my email and surf the web for an hour or two. Then I eat breakfast and work on office stuff (sermons, confirmation lessons, letters, etc--the church office is in the parsonage where I live). Then some days after lunch I do hospital and shut-in visits. Some evenings I have meetings, confirmation classes, choir practice, or Bible Study. On Sundays I have two worship services.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
Better time management, more time spent in prayer and scripture reading (apart from sermon prep).
