I'm PhxHiker Active, young at heart, committed Christian who enjoys hiking, swimming, volleyball, exercising, seeing movies, socializing and hanging out with friends. Involved in some physical activity almost everyday, attend church a couple of times a week and enjoy hanging out with people 3-6 days a week. Much of my free time is spent discipling others, teaching, studying the Bible and theology. Have led Christan Singles ministries, preached sermons, spoken at retreats and conferences. Studied Electrical engineering but never finished my PHD program; moved on to the school of Religion and got a Doctorate of Ministries degree.
My Ideal Person:
Intelligent, young at heart woman who enjoys people. Someone who enjoys life, outdoor activities,hiking, friends and ministering God love to others. A self confident person who is emotionally healthy.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My relationship with God is very important to me. I believe our lives are to be spent loving God and giving to others from the love God has given to us.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Hundreds of verses from both the Old and New Testament. Besides Leviticus the rest of the Bible ROCKs!
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
I find fulfillment in my relationship with Christ and Christan friends that I never experienced from money or power or possessions.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was born and spent most of my life in Seattle. I have traveled all over North America, Europe and Asia; to about 25 countries. I really enjoyed Japan and lived in Yokohama for two years. Boku wa Nihon go hanashimasu. I have been to Europe several times and lived in Eigersund, Norway for 6 months while working on a control and instrumentation system for an unmanned underwater vehicle that buried pipelines in up to 500 meters of water. I love the Southwestern part of Colorado and have driven most of the 4x4 mountain passes between Ouray, Telluride and Silverton, CO. Southern Utah has some of the most beautiful country I have ever seen and I enjoy exploring the Anasai ruins. Road trips are fun and I love the road between Baniff and Jasper in Alberta and Durango and Ouray in Colorado.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Hanging out with friends, talking about God and theology, hiking, playing volleyball, etc.
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Get up, clean up, check to see what is happening in the world, grab something to eat, do some work, maybe workout or go swimming, go for an evening Hike with a friend, have dinner with friend(s), come home and watch some TV, read a book for a while before falling asleep. Go to Church and get something to eat with friends afterwords.
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
I am a work in progress. I want to be able to to listen and discern God's promptings better. Much of my fulfillment comes from those times God has chosen to use me and I want to be available and obedient so I can be used as God's hands and voice for His GLORY!
