I am a fit, fun-loving, professional who is never bored. I am 5'8", my weight is proportionate to my height. I am brunette with blue eyes. Although I am a little shy, friends tell me that I am very interesting to know and that I "push the envelope" just a little!!
I have been described as attractive, educated, intelligent, witty, artistic, career-minded, successful, confident and as having a sensitive & caring spirit.
My first degree was in Physical Education and I continue to stay active by skiing, cycling, playing tennis, gardening, being a handy-woman and simply enjoying the outdoors in all seasons.
My sense of adventure is stimulated through international travel... it is my goal to "shop around the world"! I have hosted more than 90 students from 17 different countries in my home for short stays while studying English... I just love exchanging ideas & experiences with them!!!
Music is very important to me- I enjoy a broad range from choral classics to jazz & blues; singing in the church choir gives me great pleasure and a real sense of peace.
On a day to day basis, I have a demanding job and I have two crazy cats, Kingsley (Beast) & Tasman (Tasmanian Devil) who help me stay grounded.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
There is no greater love than that of Christ who laid down His life for me so that I may be saved and have everlasting life. Only by Grace am I saved. I believe this with all of my heart and I know that He has walked beside me and often carried me through times that I could not have navigated on my own. I regularly worship with fellow believers at an Alliance Church which is very community oriented. I love to sing in the choir and worship through music.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
My Christian belief provides context and meaning for my existence.
Knowing that there is a Power that is far greater than anything that we mortals can ever be or even comprehend gives me hope.
Sharing this belief with my partner would make our relationship complete; Without this there would always be a part of me that I could not share... to know fully and to be fully known is my heart's desire in a relationship.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I was not born in Toronto but I grew up here and now live here. I have also lived in Edmonton for 10 years while starting my career.
I love to travel internationally and have done so extensively. I have had some wonderful experiences abroad through the contacts that I made from hosting students in my home.
I can't say that I have a list of favorite places. I find that each place is unique and has it's own lessons for me to learn or memories to lock away. All together, each experience shapes my perspective on life!
