I am a short, sweet, smiley gal with an easy-going personality and a quirky sense of humour. I enjoy long walks, travelling to new places, experimental cooking, movies and a good cup of coffee and honest conversation with a good friend. I recently moved back to the USA after almost a decade living in Scotland and am still getting use to life back on this side of the pond. I am looking for someone who shares my passion for God and desire to see him live out his purposes in our life together. I am also looking for that special someone who will give me a reason to not stay so late at work.
My Ideal Person:
I am looking for a Committed Christian man who is kindred spirit, someone who is grounded and steady, but also knows how to enjoy life and likes to experience and learn new things. I also am looking for someone who shares a passion for God and who recognizes that while life is not always smooth or trouble-free it can be a blessed adventure when you walk with God and share your journey with another. I like a man who know when to be playful and laugh, when to be serious and will love me for me. I have learned finding's one's soul mate is a true miracle and gift from God to be cherished.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
Growing, I have a desire to press in an know God more and more. My faith is the reason I get out of bed in the morning.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
Isaiah 58: 6-14 is an important passage for me, and verse 12 is my life verse. Another verse I have been living in and meditating on the past year or is Micah 6:8.
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I grew up in Michigan were I spent the first 20 years of my life. I have also lived in Washington DC, Florida and now Texas. I have traveled a lot in the past 10 years--UK, Ireland, Belgium, Holland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Japan, Israel, Jordan, Mexico--a few of these adventures have been for fun, but most have work related or connected to helping various Christian ministry or missions trips. There is still more places I would like to visit including Italy, Qatar and New Zealand.
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
I am new to my area so I am still searching for a church home. In my last church I was very active in the prayer ministry and acting as a spiritual mentor for several university students.
