47 year old Man in Seattle or Eastside, Washington, United States Looking For: Women for a dating relationship, marriage, a friend or a bible study partner

Profile for wpx1

It's time for friends and/or fun!*

I am:
• Serious and Silly, and might be both at the same time! LOL.

I can be:
• Musical. Creative. And even Technical (if necessary, LOL ).

I enjoy or like:
• Cooking and Dining out.
• Lots of kinds of food: American, most Ethnic, Thai, Italian, Ethiopian, Chinese, Mexican, others, veggie dishes, etc. (I am NOT a hunter at heart.)
• Some of the better Films and TV. I read more in 2007.
• To get out and about when the weather's nice (around Seattle OR the Eastside ).
• The sun, a park, the beach. And the mountains are beautiful in Washington.

I love or want to love:
• Peace, peacetime, sweetness, faithfulness, purposefulness, generosity, freedom, respect and honor, and truth.

I do NOT like:
• The usual -- fighting, war, bitterness, obsession, compulsion, possessiveness, addictions, disrespect, or dishonesty.
• Also, gossip, and a bazillion other not so great things.

I don't usually care for:
• Being glued to sports, LOL, super-dumb comedies, or super-dumb conversations, LOL! Though silly can sometimes be great. Lol.

When in the mood, I compose music; and sometimes write lyrics, blogs, essays, articles, lists, reviews, and so on.

I can be goofy, quiet, blunt, and kind -- occasionally predictable, or even somewhat wild.

I have been Brotherly, Platonic, Friend-like, Semi-romantic, or Romantic.

Whatever we may do, I want to have Good / enjoyable times! (Woo-hoo. LOL.)

So what might we want to do already? LOL.

May we Love & Live Truth and Good!
Psalm 51:6. Psalm 68:4. Psalm 150.

* Friends with guys is of course to be entirely Platonic. Friends with ladies may refer, hopefully, to marriage. And do I even need to say it? LOL, but marriage and dating refer only to true, Good-hearted ladies. I became a believer and yet began to struggle when I was 18. My profile age is not correct. I have been in some longer relationships, but not married, yet. I have known some friends and people for decades. Hoping for more, Good friends.
Hallelu-Yah! = Praise Yah! (YHWH/IHUH.)

My Ideal Person:

(I would LIKE local, but am open to other.)

What I am looking for in a person:

A lady.

And normal, Holy Spirit-filled Christian women, with no fetishes, addictions, or obsessions!

Who are Honest, Kind, Sincere, Funny, Decent, Beautiful, even (um) "Perfect" (mature at least, LOL ).

Who have non-bitter hearts, and may have a great SENSE of humor.

With a well-rounded personally, such a woman is Upright but not snooty, confident but not snotty, financially responsible but not bratty! (LOL.)

She can be passionate, at the right moment.

She is NOT into, and will not want anything that is, bizarre.

She can be purely affectionate.

She loves her neighbor.

A heart that is honest but not mean or cruel, Kind.

Hard-working. Faithful. Loving. Entertaining. Intelligent--but not cocky! LOL. Measured, and not presumptuous.

AND--
Understands my silly and serious communication! (Rare.)

Sound in beliefs, though not narrow-minded.

Understands the Word, and the Bible.

And if marriage were to come someday, I could hope that we will perfectly complement one other. But first things first! Write! LOL.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
I think that being TRUE to true beliefs is the most important thing one can do. Our beliefs influence most of what we do and don't do. Engaging in the sharing of beliefs can be an encouragement and a challenge. It's Good to fill in missing pieces by learning from and teaching one another.

Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
For a while, I had a favorite verse-- Acts 3:19. "Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the LORD/YHWH". It was special to me in that we could be refreshed by spending time with YHWH!! More recently, "Prove all things; hold fast that which is Good" and "Test the spirits..." have been on my mind, though I sometimes wonder how I may EXACTLY do these. But I've liked-- [LI] John 17:3. [LI] Philippians 3. [LI] Tons of others. It's HARD to pick a favorite verse! LOL.

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
Non-Christians have not had their minds renewed. Christians have and can. And "Where two or three are gathered together in My Name, there I AM in their midst".

Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
I spent most of my time as a youth in Washington State, USA. Traveling. In 2007, I went to Europe! Hallelujah. France and England. I spent most of my time in London, and looking around town. I took about 5000 pictures! LOL. I spent some of my time with someone I knew was traveling there ahead of me. I also met several people, and hung out with them. But it was also nice to spend time alone, just looking around. :) Stonehenge was cool, but, rocks. LOL. I don't know why but for all these years I thought it was on an island. (And I don't mean Great Britain. LOL.) I'd really like to do more traveling soon for discovery, fun, and adventure! Some time in Israel would be cool. Previously, most of my traveling was for conventions, trade shows, or training. Since I don't like to travel much by myself, I would really like to find someone Good and fun TO TRAVEL WITH! :)

What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
Favorite? Hmm. His Presence? Oh, activities: Hearing the Word. Wait, I wrote a lot of this here already. So, various activities listed throughout my profile, responses, and even my Blog posts!

What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
Typically, some hours on the computer. Then after that, I spend time either with someone or alone, either in person or on the phone. I have been known to eat out a lot! LOL. But I've been doing more cooking lately. I like GOOD food.

What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
To grow up without, um, growing up! LOL. :) To find answers to Life, the Universe, and Everything. And thank you, the answer "42" didn't seem very satisfying. LOL. (You know, from the book and movie The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005). I actually read that book, seems like a million years ago. Silly.) Goals. How about I try a different SPIRITUAL goal? To be happy! and help others be the same. That can be Spiritual, can't it? LOL. WHAT I WROTE ON THIS SITE is COPYRIGHT 2007 by me.
