Hey friends! My name is Randi. I guess you could characterize me as a Renaissance woman, part analytical, part kre8iv. Specifically, it means that I am blessed with artistic talents such as playing flute and piccolo, learning jazz dance, making jewelry or teaching myself to cook gourmet. It also means that I enjoy intellectual stimulation and that I like adventurous activities as well. (traveling, hiking, camping, gardening, biking)
Mostly, I like spoiling my guy with southern charm and making sure he feels loved, wanted and needed. I generally show my love for someone by making something for them, helping them or surprising them. I am very affectionate physically and verbally.

I tend to be attracted to men who are intelligent (or educated), humorous and sweet. Teachers, creative men or nature lovers get extra points. ;0)
My favorite character in the Bible is Joseph, son of Jacob. He was "faith-full" in all ways, even though he was tempted. He trusted God and served his purpose whatever status that brought. He was humble and loving, forgiving his brothers for their sin against him. He was influential in a quiet way and creative also. Had he been less obedient, our savior may not have been born. My next favorite would have to be David. While I realize that these were amazing men of the Bible, I believe all men have some amazing quality to them. Do you relate in some way?

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
[COLOR skyblue]My faith is everything. A moment does not pass that God hasn't made and I wonder, what is its purpose? I have known for a long time what my calling is, but am open to that changing at any moment, because I know that He wants to keep me growing in Him. Every person I meet is an opportunity for both of us to learn and to love and to serve. You ready?[/COLOR]

Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
[COLOR skyblue]My relationship with Jesus is the foundation of all my relationships. I have tried before to do things my way and they never seemed to lead to blessings. I am therefore, comitted to listening to God's will in my life. The Bible tells us that we are not to yoke ourselves to non-believers. 2Cor6:14 So for me, it is an act of obedience.[/COLOR]
Where did you grow up? Where have you traveled? What are some of your favorite places to visit?
[COLOR skyblue]I grew up in south Florida with all of the water activities you could imagine. My family enjoyed camping, boating, fishing, swimming, snorkeling and going to the beach. We also travelled all over the country. I have been to Europe, Mexico, The Bahamas, and Scandinavia. I frequently visit Utah as it offers a plethora of outdoor adventures and I get to visit family there also. One of my most favorite places on the planet, is a small, seafaring town, called Brevik in Norway. It is where my grandfather was born. It is amazing![/COLOR]
What are your favorite activities both at Church and outside?
[COLOR skyblue]At church, I enjoy Bible studies and services. I have been involved in teaching Sunday School, on the prayer team, new believers, singles Bible study, Women's Bible study and Free Indeed.
Outside of church, I enjoy anything that gets me outdoors, experiencing new things or being creative. I might check out a music event, an art show, a movie or go for a scenic walk.[/COLOR]
What is your day like? Describe your daily routine.
[COLOR skyblue]I won't bore you with the details. I try to pray at least twice daily and sometimes much more. After work, errands and taking care of myself is done, I may have dinner with a friend, review a lesson from the Active Word, get online, stop by Barnes and Noble, take care of chores, exercise or relax by watching some tv. The weekends vary and are less structured.[/COLOR]
What are some of your personal and spiritual goals?
[COLOR skyblue]I strive daily to discern the Holy Spirit's will for my life and to be obedient to it. I hope that each passing day I grow closer to the Lord, reinventing myself in His likeness. The Lord has led me into a career that I love, but I hope I get the opportunity to grow closer to Him through marriage as well. After that, I hope to raise a God-fearing, respectful family. Whatever His will, I would like to hear "well done".[/COLOR]
