Hello. I thank God each day for the blessings He's given me: my faith, my loving family, my loyal friends, a career that's a blast, a hearty education and a cozy home. I love to cook dinner for friends, share in deep conversations, host game nights, bible studies, hike, rollerblade and play my guitar (just a beginner).
My Ideal Person:
Are you a man who prays each day? Do you wish to raise a family? Do you value honesty, communication, loyalty, education and a sense of humor? Do you like to help people? Do you like kids? These are just some of the qualities that I think of when I envision the right man for me.

Please describe your faith. How important is your faith to you?
My faith is very important to me. I pray each day, but I go through phases of praying a lot and praying superficially. I love the times when I feel close to God and just let Him take charge - I try to stay in that space most of the time. Last summer I had to give a presentation with my research partner who is also Christian. It was so awesome to get to pray with her before we presented! I try to keep God with me in all parts of my life.
Which Scripture verses are most important to you?
The story of the sower and the seeds is such a meaningful story for me. It caused a change in my heart that almost instantly allowed me to give up my anxieties.
Why is a Christian relationship so important to you?
My faith is central to who I am - and I've had to learn that this is so. I've never been in a relationship with a man who takes his faith as seriously as I do. Now I know that I want a relationship with a man who loves the Lord, strives to be like Christ, and will take advice from the bible. Most importantly, I want to enjoy the deep intimacy of sharing in prayer with a Christian spouse.
