Can you believe this I get on my computer this evening and find these little Yellards scooting their little hinie's across my blog leaveing a bunch of yellow skid marks..

I swear their worse than having a dog!....

Tonight I took my discipleship kids to Caribou Coffee... and we sat around drinking our coffee and just goofing...

Well we were there for about an hour.. which it was really too early to call it a night, so we decided to go to our local Meijers department store and play tag... lol

It was so much fun.. I was "It" first... there are a few rules, like no running, no hiding(bathroom,restaurant,racks.. lol), and no lying about if you are "It"!... you start with giving the others a 1 minute head start.. and then you go looking for them..

...when you find someone and tag them they are "It" with you till everyone has been tagged... the last person tagged wins..and the first person to be tagged is "It" for the next game... we got to play 3 games before one of the employees grabbed a couple of the boys, so then we had to stop... lol

I love these kids, I have been disciplining them for a year and a half now.. a couple of the kids will be going off to college in the fall... and I can't help but feel that I haven't done enough..

Being able to disciple these kids have really been a blessing to me... During a lot of the time I have been disciplining them I was also working out a lot of the emotions, and pain from my divorce.. they were a great distraction for me... meaning it help me to stay focused on the things of the Lord..

But I feel that the relationship between us isn't where it should be.. so I have decided for the the next couple of months that we are working on our relationship.. and I think that tonight was a great start...

..although I am exhausted tonight.. lol ..and think I've been hanging out at Jerseygirl's blog to much lately because ever sense I got home I've been coughing, and my throat has been scratchy.. lol so I think I'm going to take some NyQuil and go to bed... lol

I miss the intimacy of a woman!...

I don't mean $ex, I mean the little things that two people do when they are in love...

Like...

I miss her having to touch me everytime she would walk by me...

I miss her having a warm plate waiting for me from dinner when I work late...

I miss her lightly rubbing my ankle with her feet when we set across from each other, and acting as if she was doing nothing at all...

I miss protecting her from the cold when we'd walk to the car...

I miss her being able to scratch that itch in the middle of back that I can't reach...

I miss her waking up hearing something in her sleep, and I would get up and check the house so that she knew she was safe...

I miss seeing the love she has for me just by the way she would look at me with her eyes...

I miss laying my head on her lap and she would run her fingers through my hair...

I miss when she has a bad day work, me rubbing her shoulders while she tells about it...

I miss her needing me to come and rescue her when her car won't start...

I miss her arm around me as we sheep the night away...

I miss holding her close as we danced, and thinking I am with the most beautiful woman here...

I miss being on my knees with her praying to our God, thanking him for His blessing, and telling Him of our needs...

..and oh ya, I do miss the $ex too.. lol

I was thinking (yes sometimes I do!..lol) just because a door opens in our life (an opportunity arises) should we take that as a sign from God and walk through it?..

I have often prayed "God if this is what you want then let it happen"... and at times it seemed to be the wrong thing to have done!..

..yet I want to believe that even though things didn't go the way I wanted it too, doesn't mean that it wasn't the best door for me to go through!...

When I was a kid, every Valentines Day I would say Happy VD to all my friends.. and get such a laugh out of it... well I still do chuckle a bit over it still.. lol I am such a juvenile at times... lol
