I'm not sure if I'll be condemned or praised for this post, but I feel a need to share my heart about what I have witnessed here this past week...

I joined BC on New Years Day 2006.. I had been divorced for only five months.. I was a broken man with a broken heart.. I found so much healing here in the blogs.. I found so many friends from not only here in my own country but from all over the world..

Sure it wasn't a perfect place here in the blogs but for the most part people were encouraging and fun.. it was very healing for me.. I was able to share my goofiness and my heart.. and was accepted for being me by many here.. I needed this so much in my life at that time.. even though I had Christ in my heart, I still needed to know that I could be liked/loved by others.. This place help me to grow in my faith and to get past the hurts of my heart...

I really can't see that happening here now.. I know that there is alot more good here than bad in the blogs, but the bad seems to over shadow the good... I care for many people here and hate to see the ones that I care for get hurt...

We claim to have the 'right' to share what we want, and that is true.. but didn't Christ say "not my will Father, but Yours".. does our opinion matter so much to us that it doesn't matter who gets hurt?... Being 'RIGHT' on an issue does that mean we should insult and trample on someones character?.. and if someone attacks our character does that now give us permission to strike back?...

Chances are 99.9 % of us are never going to meet in person.. and that makes for no accountability in what we say and how we act here.. But has a follower of Jesus Christ are we not accountable to Him for our words and actions?...

I'm not going to sit here and tell you guys that I'm perfect at this.. I am so far from perfect.. But I want to be.. I want to encourage.. uplift.. love.. care.. comfort.. pray.. lead.. enjoy.. the body of Christ.. whether they are in my home, church, work, and yes even in the BLOGS.. and yes not everyone we know is a part of the body of Christ... But My desire is those ones that aren't will see so much of Christ in me that they will drawn to want to be a part of the body of Christ also..

I always like to start of with something funny before the sermon.. so I thought that I would talk about the weird things people do while there driving.. lol

Women put on make up, and fix their hair..

Men shave with an electric razor...

Some people even read while they drive..

most common thing people do that is weird while driving.. is.. PICK THEIR NOSE.. lol (not me of course)... lol

Now what are some of the weird things you guy's do while you drive?... lol

I think it is great that people here on BC share so much of their personal lives with us here in the blogs.. yet there is always a cost to this.. that is one reason why I like to make a "no comments" post when I do share a part of my life with everyone here..

Their are many people here that love the Lord and want to encourage us and see us move on for a better life.. And there are others that judge, criticize, and rebuke us for what we may share..

Now I'm not saying we should just turn a blinds eyes to something we may strongly feel is right or wrong.. But I ask have we/you earned the right to speak into someones life?... Have we taken the time to really know this person?.. to really love this person?.. or do we want to just drop in with what WE think is right and move on without even caring about the damage it may cause?...

There are people in my life that I do accept criticism/correction from, and these are the people that have shown me that they truly do love and care about me.. they care enough to tell me when I'm wrong, yet still love me no matter what path I may take, and then be there for me without a "I told you so".. because I didn't heed to their advice/warning...

Yes I do have many friends like this, not only in my everyday life, but also here on BC(you know who you guy's are).. I also believe that I am this kind of friend to them too!.. I love my friends, and am blessed to have you guy's in my life...

LOL.. its that time again.. lol BC is being invaded by scammers looking to try and suck us into their little scamming web... lol

I've started to get emails from pretty young ladies ages from 27-31.. saying they really like my profile and just can't wait to "reading" me back!.. lol

Who'd thought these pretty young ladies had a thing for an older, balding, over weight guy like me!.. Man I'm HOT!... lol oh-ya.. lol and they want to start a family with me!.. I am really HOT!.. lol

Just call me "Yendor the Stud Man"... lol

In the last few weeks I have lost 15 eyes to my blog.. lol (what did you think I was talking about?..lol) It has always amazed me why anybody would watch my blog, much less read any of it.. lol but I do have a lot of fun just being a goof on it...

..And if your thinking this is a cheap ploy to get people to start watching my blog.. well I got news for you..............

I have been here on BC for a couple of years now and I have seen plenty of "fake" bloggers during this time.. Its almost gotten pretty easy to pick them out too!... but sometimes I guess I'm not has good at it as I think..

Raul(Ken) started up the old toothbrush and banana picture to prove you are you again.. lol and it does seem to be a bit silly, but its a lot of fun too and who knows you may even change you mind about somebody.. I DID!... lol

I always thought this guy was a fake blogger. But the banana's have proved me wrong...

Goals... Why should we bother ourselves with them?.. lol I mean once you hit the goal its over right?.. then there would be no purpose in going on.. lol

I have friend that has challenged me to start setting goals in my life, they probably don't even know that they have inspired me, but by me watching them and their life and how they got through the rough times in their life because they stayed focus on the big picture (GOALS)..

When I was young I had goals, some were unrealistic like many young peoples are, and others were very attainable for me.. when I got married a lot of my goals changed.. has they should in a marriage.. but when my marriage started to go bad it seemed my main goal was how was I going to fix my marriage..

Sense my divorce it seems I haven't pick out any new goals for my life.. accept for the short goals of getting through the struggles of life.. which need to be done, but there are no major goals.. and this is were my friend has inspired me.. I look at their life and our stories aren't really any different, yet they seem to be further in life than I am... Why?..

Well I think it is being focused not only on whats happening in our lives today, but looking into our future and where do we want to be and what plans do we have to get us there!.. I respect my friend a lot because it looks to me like they have been wise in a lot of things in their life, and made some great choices in planing their future..

So this week I have been making some goals for me in my life, and if any of you care to.. please send a prayer up for me that God will give me the wisdom and courage to see them through..

Health.. To take better care of what God has blessed me with..

Finances.. To practice living with in my means..

Long term Finances.. To plan for future Big things in life.. vacations, cars, debt free, RETIREMENT!..

Education.. this goal I'm not to sure about.. I have been feeling the Lord nudging me that I may need some further education for His ministry..

I have been on BC for over 2 years now, and there have been a lot of new bloggers that have come and gone and have made the BC blogs a lot of fun..

Like I love Lisa's quizzes, the Red Angels romance advice, Susan's and Sonia's relationship advice.. lol and many other encouraging post that you guy's post..

.. but I also remember the good ol' days of blogging... what ever happened to:

Meow's "Doc".. I'm not much of a cat person but Doc was a cool cat.. and the advice he gave was encouraging and helpful to me in a time of my life that I needed it most..

Marilyn's "Quotes from BCers".. It was always fun to see what quotes Marilyn was going to share..

Danny's "Match games".. Danny would always come up with a fun activity that would suck us all in and just a ball doing it.. lol

supabubba's "Tag game".. It was a fun game that gave us all a fun way to get know a little bit about each other..

.. and lets not forget the Smiley Wars... yep the good ol' days of blogging..
