my pet is a huge comfort to me these days...

the way my deaf son is shrinking into mental illness
is not easy to watch.....

come to Me all you that are heavily burdened and I will give you rest..

okay, I think in in the waitng mode

please offer some suggestions on....

1. being gracious and ladylike...lol
2. refraining from unkind thoughts of government bureaucrats who pass papers to justify their paycheque.
3. attempting to maintain decorum when unreasonable
requests are placed on me and
4. et cetera

the proposal to get my handicapped deaf son out of a non signing environment to one with language and with more age appropriate opportunities is in the final stages

please pray for wisdom in the professionals putting this together

the group home knows I am moving my deaf son
[they are now offered alternate communication services as a band-aid from the government to make them look better]

staff are unwilling to pay for signing classes
[like family member of deaf kids take in the community]

little do they know that these are my son's services and they go with us.....

so frustrated.....

I asked for one of their deaf staff
to work my daughter's wedding with me
[in 6 weeks]

....I may have to take the most senior
staff who has no signing so I will
ask them not to bother coming and
hire a deaf staff privately.
