Heart of a young lion, (Num. 23:24)
and his pacing's gettin worse,
don't get to close
cuz his blessing is a curse,
alone, in his cage
-there aint nothing worse-
they tell him he's the last,
but heaven says he's of the first. (Rev 22:13)
And while they laugh,
and they curse,
he's finding nothing-
that can halt this insatiable thirst.

His steps are getting quicker,
& he hears the distant thunder roll,
he sees the enemies getting thicker, (Rev 9:3)
where was life-
-is now an empty soul. (Mt 24:15)
Lushes garden once rife,
has become a barren desert hole,
-ashes, sand and coal-
smoke's rising from the burning coals. (Rev 9:2)

His blessed soul- can't take much more.

When the wicked cometh,
then cometh also contempt, (Prov.18:3)
but in the end,
they drinketh a cup of wrath, (Rev 14:10)
they who walk the worlds fiendish path.
-How much longer must this last- (Luke 9:41)
surely this generation will not pass; (Luke 21:32)
though its moving awful fast,
for us to get a firm grasp,
of the future, and the past...

Can you hear the distant echoing of muzzles blast?

Wars-
and rumors of wars, (Mt 24:6)
listen as the young lion roars,
racing, pacing, back and forth,
cant take much more,
greed and chaos,
truth stomped upon the threshing floor, (Jer 51:33)
all the holding back makes him sore,
let him out and he wont feel pain no more.
He's feeling weak and sick,
but the the power of the universe is in his grip,
Holding back is what makes him sore,
soon he wont feel this pain any more...
