Is it just me???? ....
. . . As you watch the flooding in the Midwest , have you noticed that there are no farmers running around with stolen plasma TVs or holding stolen liquor over their heads. There's no looting or yelling 'Where's Bush?', 'Where's FEMA?, Where's my check?', or 'Why isn't the Gov't out here saving me and my farm?'
Likewise, I've also noticed there are no reports of any other country coming to help or sending aid. And where are Reverends Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton??? Shocking contrast isn't it???!!!! | |

Mood: grateful, 188 Views | Just another beautiful day in Montana. 85 degree weather, BLUE BLUE SKY'S, birds chirpping. AWE such a good day to be alive.
Every morning I have coffee, with my Daughter and Granddaughter. We discuss the days events. So blessed, am I.
So to help the winter pounds come off, I walk, traffic buzzing by. Singing songs of praise, arguing with myself and talking to GOD. With Daughter living 4 streets down, I walk and talk, and argue.
This morning was no different than any other morning I have had in weeks, weeks, and months. So my day is pretty much the same. Until I was almost home. I put one foot on my lawn and I heared this horrible noise. I turned around and look...... and some, 9 year old child just got hit by a car!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD !!!!!!!!!!!! I run to the side of the child and he is very shaken,.... alive.... but shaken, the driver is even worse. I tell the driver to stay with the boy, I run to the next house and have them call 911. The only time on this planet I am not carrying my cell phone!!!!!!!!RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
I run back to the child, the driver is walking around in circles. I check the child for broken bones. The only thing that appears to be hurt on the child, is his arm.
OH THANK YOU LORD!!!!!!!!!!! I sit with the child tell police, ambulance and Mom and Dad arrive.
OH MY, GOODNESS I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS TO HAPPEN TODAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!
I get to my business. and I begin to think what if...... this ......what if that.....what if the child had died in my arms what if I......
What a miracle was given to me today, I knew what to do, I stayed calm. The boy just had a broken arm. I sighed.......
I did not cry tell I got to work.
And then I wispered........
