Why do we deviate from time to time when we read of the unusual? Says there is nothing new under the sun.

Isnt our daily relationship intended to be one of Love with God. Is everyday in a man-woman relationship spectacular?

Love is the melding of people to people and people to God in the norm of everyday life.

When its people to people and a person expects more and basically demands more...what happens? The relationship becomes blurred and usually is destroyed.

Its the same way with God.When a person places expectations outside of the warm relationship, then its a selfish relationship. They wander because they are wanting instead of mutually giving. So they eventually build a wall to God because he didnt do what they thought he should do.

What happened to wait on the Lord? Or your Will be done. Fireworks are being set off over there and people run to look at that...man made spectacle. If they just looked behind them, they would see a beautiful sunset that will last more than 10 seconds. Its real. Its not a performance.

I have my opinion. Some people will say it is our lack of love for each other. Some will say that the bible contradicts itself. Others may maintain that it is too centralized and that God is bigger, he is in everything.

My thoughts to them is this. God is specific in who he says he is.He says he is a Spirit being and in order for us to worship him, we must worship him in Spirit and truth. He says he is in the form of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

He also says that there is a counterfit to who he is and what he does. Have you ever held a counterfit $20. You probably have and did not even know it. Counterfit means in likeness. An imitation that is supposed to pass as the original.

There are many easy things to point to and say "There is satan behind that".

But we have been duely warned that "other" Jesus' would be preached and spoken. It even says the very elect will be deceived. That means leaders, not speacial people honed in. Leaders. The very people who may be leading you can be deceived.

Scary thought? Nah, not really. Why? Because I have the Holy Spirit residing in me to teach me and to discern things if I will listen.

1 Timothy 4:1

1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

What is a doctrine of a devil? Its one that does not line up with the word of God. Its tht simple.

2nd Tim 4: 3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Thast pretty strong. Its happening.

When I read of a man that has at least been a practicing satanist that speaks to the dead, promotes ideas of angels, I am going to speak forth.

When I read of a man claiming to go to hell when the scriptures say it is impossible and gives its reasoning, I am going to speak out.

One time, when I was about 20 we were in a fellowship group. In the discussion, I gave my opinion. The leader chorted me and said Dennis, it doesnt matter what your opinion is. It matters what the context of God's word says.

Study, and you will not be moved by sensationalism of the enemy.

Do you think that so called experiences that totally deviate from the scriptures are from God?

Do you think Astral Project is incorporated in our Christian Walk?

Do you believe we as Christians can or should be talking with dead people?

Do you think that despite the fact that the Holy Spirit resides in us all that we need to hear from an Angel to learn how to heal?
