I'm talking about that little upside down triangle under a guy's lip they're passing off as......I'm guessing......a beard!!!

Well, as for me.....sorry guys, but I can't see the point of men taking the time to shave revealing such a lovely face only to leave a little something behind!!

I dunno....what do you say, Ladies, you hip with it or not???

So....everybody wants to know, do you:
Make your bed as soon as you roll out!
Make your bed only after you've had your coffee and breakfast!
Make your bed after coming home from work....no time in the morning! But it must be made or I can't sleep!
Make your bed only when company is expected!
Make your bed...........NEVER!!! What's the point!
Make your bed???? What does that mean???....You mean there's really such a thing as bedclothes???
I sleep on a the couch, cot, or a hammock......no need to make it!!

When Sorting Through Junk Do You....... Jun 17, 2008 8:06 am

..........really, really toss out the junk?

I have to admit since I became overly busy with my recent employment, I hadn't had much time for keeping my closets, cupboards, and drawers properly situated. But since it's been raining for the past several days and my work is lighter, I've had a bit of time to tackle this really big project of sorting things out!!!!

Among my clothes, it's no problem, as I've not acquired anything for at least a year other than three new sweaters at Christmas, but still I had a few items for the Salvation Army!!

But where the real problem comes in is memorabilia!!! And to me, it's gotten out of sight!!!

I, in my head, like to believe that I can live life without THINGS!!! But in actuality, I have several knick knacks, cards, photos.....and other things that others or my darling nephews and niece have given me or made for me.

Psst......if those little ones scribbled on a piece of paper or gave me a rock from alongside the road.....um, yep, I've kept it!!! but, but, but........I love them and don't know that I feel I can just arbitrarily toss it away!!!

But it got me to thinking that if someone went through every last item I possess how would it reflect upon me!!!

Well, other than the scraps of papers with scribbles and rocks, (which, by the way, is visibly marked "things from the little ones" I'd have to say........not toooooo bad!! And that makes me glad!!!

But I try to, almost every six months, or at least once a year, go through my collection of things to remove what I'm not using or can finally part with and either pass it on to the less fortunate or if it truly is garbage.....toss it!!!

Do you have a system of keeping yourself organized and uncluttered.....Or are you typically a pack rat and can't part with a thing???

When a woman says:

"You're so manly!!!"

What does she mean?

A. You are suited for outdoor life.

C. You need to shave and you sweat a lot.

Every evening a man, a bird lover, would stand in his back yard hooting like an owl.

One night an owl called back.

For a year the two hooted back and forth.

The man even kept a journal of the conversation, believing he'd soon break the species communication code.

Then one day his wife visited the next-door neighbor.

The two women had a lovely chat exchanging ideas, recipes, and their husband's faults. Then it came time to reveal their husband's preoccupations and odd hobbies.

"You might find this strange, but my husband spends his nights calling out to owls," she explained.

"That's odd," the neighbor replied. "So does my husband!"

Yep.......

And not only from a marriage.....but dating, too!!!

Well, for those of you who may or may not be aware recently, I was merely just an infatuation for someone. It's okay.....I had my suspicions that something was not exactly ideal and thus I kept at bay instead of plunging head over heels into a relationship.

I know I've developed a few crushes on several guys in my life......and surprisingly.....even on a few guys here at BC!!

But I truly know the difference between a passing fancy and love!!!

I'm so glad I had my wits about me or right now I'd be suffering a really big broken heart.

Though, I actually thought it was just me holding back......you know, because, I know I have a bad habit of not opening up my heart to love, but in this case I had good reason to guard my heart.

We're still friends, we still hang out occasionally, but I just don't think they'll be anything further between us. I'm not particularly thrilled at this fact but it is what it is. Soooooooooo, I guess, I'm re-singled......again!!!

I know I've really, really liked a few guys and tried like anything to gain their attention......gee, it never worked, but this is the first I've been the objection of infatuation!! Has this ever happened to any of you???

Nope......I can't!!! Well, I know I can't blog much now that summer is here! I absolutely am so much busier with outdoor activities now than during the winter months, and so you'll notice, if you haven't already, my declining blogs!!!

Sooooooooo......you'll still see me around here and there, just not much blogging, if at all!!
