Greetings All,
This will be my first, and last, attempt at a joke, as well as a tribute to a very funny lady, in a good way, for her ability to keep us smiling with her hilarious post's...(and I really like the new photo of herself as well)

Inspired by the seeing eye dog.....

A man walks into a crystal shop, when the store manager notices' that he is blind.. Perplexed at the scenario of a blind man in a crystal shop, the manager says, "may I help you sir". At which time, the blind man reaches down, grabs his seeing eye dog by the hind legs, twirls the dog around in endless circles, knocking the glass all over the store from isle to isle, and says to the store manager, "No thank you sir, I am just taking a look around..

Greetings All,
It has struck me recently, that there may be a few bloggers, that seem to think blogging, is chat. Correct me if I am wrong, and I am aware of free speech, but isn't blogging about conveying your thoughts, experiences, and feelings to the masses? When did blogging become a means to talk to just one other person? Isn't that what the chat rooms and mail are for? I just feel disappointed, and see, I am conveying an emotion, that excessive chatterblogging may shorten the time some very good and interesting posts have, to appear on a title page, for the masses to read....Does the bible have anything to say about a tongue that rambles on??? I'm heading to chat now, so I can chat someone one on one....Bug, ah, Blog ya later..

I just can't help it...I keep hearing guys say things like, "The bible says the woman's place is in the kitchen, barefoot, and pregnant".. I wonder if these guys know that some woman in the bible had been judges, prophetess, and even teachers?? I don't recall any being priest though, but that's not what I'm getting at. Any way, I really like to say, and do say, to guys like this, Yeah I know what ya mean, so where's your dress??? "What" They say...I say,"Yeah..Doesn't it say in the bible too, that men shouldn't wear woman's clothes, and a woman should wear mens clothes??? Oh, they jump right up and say, "Yeah brother, it sure does." So I say again, "So where is your dress??" What???.. I then remind them to think back to biblical times, and ask, "What do you think a tunic is?"
Ya see, that passage in Deut.22:5 means something more then wearing a dress or pants suit...Whose clothes you wearing????

Have you ever stood and looked at the colors of the rainbow?? Sometimes the bow is bright, and each color stands out proudly..Sometimes it's at that stage where it's about ready to disappear, yet you can still see the distinct variations of the colors...When GOD placed the bow in the sky for a remembrance, that HE would not cause a flood of water upon the whole earth again, don't you think GOD made each of the colors of the bow to be separate in it's place? Imagine, if all the colors of the rainbow, just came together as one? What color would that make? Do you think GOD would be mad at the rainbow for causing all the beautiful colors to disappear, which GOD had placed in it? Just wondering about what makes GOD happy, cause HE made some happy colors............

I've been seeing a lot of talk about this subject recently....

This day, March 27th, 2008, am I officially starting the second week of the new year. That's right, I am ending the first week, ENDING IT, and starting the second. So, I would like to quickly discuss exactly when does our year start?? According to the bible, it is the month Abib, the spring equinox.. God says that this month is the month HE led us out of the lands of Pharaohs (exodus 13:4), and that this month Abib, is the first of our months (exodus 12:2). Abib/Abia, is also the course of priest in which Zachariah, the father of John the Baptist, served.
We know GOD has put the stars in heaven for a sign of the times. So we can accurately determine when the day is as long as the night, or equal, and that was last week... So...
WoooHoooo, one more week till the fifteenth day of the new year, or, the LORDS passover...Can't wait, how bout you?

Just wondering?? A Conie is kind of like a rabbit, but it doesn't have the same kind of feet to borrow under the ground, like a babbit, so it lives in the gaps of the rocks. Just wondering, How many people think a rabbit has something to do with Easter??? Be careful with your answer, it may be a tricky question here??? I'll chime in after I get a few people who think they know the answer..Good Luck, ah, you screwy wabbit, tricks are not for kids/baby sheep....

Greetings all.
And this might be a long one.
I haven't keep up to my diatribe. I shall rant tonight, but before I do, I want to give you two bit's and a halve pence about myself. I have always been a hands on type of guy. Don't get me wrong, my mind can think, and most times, I can over think a situation. But I have learned that, book smarts, does not mean you can do. You've heard of the old adage, "Those who do, do, and those who can't, teach!". Well, let's say that I believe that's true, so I taught myself to do. Friends and colleges have said, "if the **ht hit's the fan, I want you around" to me. I hope thats because, I trust in God, and not in myself. Well, I trust myself, but, I am finding it harder to trust in most people anymore. This brings me to my rants for the week. Let me start a new paragraph....
No respect. NONE...Anymore. I was driving, and, you all heard this one before..."The jerk cut me off". When will people start giving a truck and trailer some respect?? Well, that line doubled this week to about 48 times. And that's not it, but it is, cause I'm done ranting about driving.
Halloween... Awesome...I chased off 14 devils, 8 ghosts, 22 witches, 1 warlock, and countless hobgoblins this week...Stopped some serpent..
Back to driving, but not... Had someone drive into the side of my trailer, and not stop. That doesn't shock me, I am use to it. What would have shocked me, is if they would have stopped. I was parked, and This is the second time this has happened in three years now to my trailer. I did make it through mischief night pretty much untouched. I only had one tomato thrown at it. Although last week, someone graffiti'd it. You can't have anything nice in the city anymore.
People in the city have been acting strange this year, since we have over three hundred plus murders so far, and five police officers killed, since the start. Seems the bad guys around here have decided to shoot cops in the face, since they wear body armor. Honest, I heard the buzz on the street, that's the "new thang to do". Glad I belong to a couple of lodges. We are set to break, last years record breaking year, for murder in the city. We suffer, because we SUFFER. There is a difference between, "thou shall not kill" and "thou shall not murder" you know..
I heard a sexual, money wasting, lazy and lackadaisical, lying, cheating, do favors for friends, commercial yesterday. So... So I know it's election time again. I vote for CHRIST. No compromise. It makes me fell very good, and so so sad, because I know people are going to play that two party game again. what's the saying? One master served, till the other hates one the first with what cause it was two masters hated only one can be what?????? I'll serve THE ONE...
Change the clocks....Back to the right time?? Now I'm all mixed up. You mean, the clocks are going to get turned back to the time I already have on my clock?? Wow, I was just getting use to adding an hour to my clock, so I know what time your on.. Your on my time now.
Well, enough ranting for the weekend, but if I remember something else to rant about, I reserve the right to rant in... Thanks for the ear, and that's my two bit's and a halve pence.

Greetings all,
Just curious, as usual, as to what you think about this. I get frustrated that posts on BC are in different tongues, or languages, then mine, on a predominantly english site. Sometimes I wonder what people are saying on these post's and polls when they are in a foreign language. Should BC separate its pages into english only, and foreign tongues only, since there is no interpretor?
No, I like not knowing what is said.
Yes, then I can read everything.

Greetings all,
I thought it time to introduce myself to you all. Just some bit's and pieces for now. If you could not already tell by my photo, I am just some white guy from the city. I always dreamed as a child of living in the country. I guess that is why I have moved so many times. Always finding my self back in the city for one or more reasons. The first time I moved away, was when I joined the military. I sailed the seas for six years. It was an eye opener to see what state the world beyond my city was like. Sure I had been out of the states prior to this, but a resort is not like the sites beyond a gate. The last time I moved away, I hopped in my truck and I moved to beverly, hills that is, no really, I just wanted to say that once before I died, but actually I moved to Alaska. I drove for four straight days, and woke up in Anchorage. And all this had been done before I even read the Bible. In Alaska, I was fortunate enough to work with a man, who had read the Bible. We would discuss issues, Biblical and others, that effect our lives, over the course of a year. It was at this time, over ten years ago, and five cover to cover readings myself of the Bible, that I realized there was a purpose for me in this life. Even If I didn't know then what the purpose was, or that I even know today, I had decided to become baptized in a crystal clear blue lake in Alaska. I look back and remember this calling I felt to just get to Alaska, and I think I can say that it was, if nothing else, to meet this man, and his wonderful family, in order for a seed to be planted. What fond memories. I must move on as I am catching myself reminiscing. Now here I sit. A little sad, being back in the city of brotherly love, minus the love, once again, waiting patiently for a little bit of country, and the ROCK, and a roll. I'll take the roll with butter please!
