Each and everyone one of us are going through tough times right now, but God is getting ready To bless you in a way that only he can. Keep the faith.
A Prayer is one of the best gifts we can receive. There is no cost to pray for your friends and family but a lot of rewards. Let's continue to pray for one another.
My prayer for you:

Father, I ask You to bless My friends, relatives and those for whom I care deeply and who are reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask you to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them your peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through your grace. Where there is need, I ask you to fulfill their needs. Bless their homes, families, finances, their goings and their comings. In Jesus' Precious name I pray and all God's said Amen.

A Way Of Rejoicing

“Rejoice in the Lord, and again I say, Rejoice.” Phil. 4:4.

Joy is a delightful experience. Whether it be mirth or satisfaction, the end result is a radiance to which even gloom and pain must give way. In fact, without joy the Christian returns to the despair of the heathen. He is like the famous Greek poet who claimed that it is better not to be born at all and that the next best thing is to quit life as soon as possible. The Christian knows no such despondency. For him the common joys of life are intensified and made enduring by the spiritual joys he experiences in Christ.
Singularly enough, joy radiates from the inside. That is why the Christian who has come to understand Christ remains joyful–he has sunlight in his soul. No outward event can threaten or ruffle the happiness that the Christian prospect places in the heart. All around us there is so much seeking of outward pleasure that disillusionment and disappointment are the lot of our generation. Lasting happiness can never come from the world. How could it, for it is not derived from the things we get. It is manufactured within the soul. The color of our sky is created in our heart of hearts.
More than two thousand years ago Plato wrote in his “Republic” this concerning man who ruled by whims and fancies: “He knows no order nor necessity in life; he will not listen to anyone who tells him that some pleasures come in the gratification of good and noble desires, others from evil ones, and that the former should be fostered and encouraged, the latter disciplined and chained. To all such talk, he shakes his head and says that all enthusiasms are similar and worthy of equal attention.”
To experience true joy and avoid boredom, one must bring every problem of life into the perspective of a Christ-centered existence, meaning discipline and the submission of the human will to that of God. It will mean, too, the dedication of a life to God’s high purpose.

The Secret

“I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” - Phillippians 4:12-13

This is one secret that you are allowed to tell. A woman named Vicki once knew a young person at church named Susan. Susan always seemed effervescent and happy, although Vicki knew she had faced struggles in her life.
Her long-awaited marriage had quickly ended in divorce.
She had struggled to get a grip on her single life. She hadn't chosen it, but she decided she would live it with utmost enjoyment and satisfaction.
Susan was active in Sunday school, in the choir, as a leader of the junior high girls' group, and in the church renewal movement. Vicki enjoyed knowing Susan. Susan's whole face seemed to smile. One day Vicki asked Susan, "How is it that you are always so happy, you have so much energy, and you never seem to get down?"
With her eyes smiling, Susan said, "I know the Secret!"
"What secret is that?" "What are you talking about?" Vicki asked. Susan replied, "I'll tell you all about it, but you have to promise to share the Secret with others." Vicki agreed, "Okay, now what is it?"
The Secret is this: "I have learned there is little I can do in my life that will make me truly happy. I must depend on God to make me happy and meet my needs. When a need arises in my life, I have to trust God to supply according to HIS riches. I have learned most of the time I don't need half of what I think I do. He has never let me down. Since I learned that Secret I am happy.
Vicki's first thought was, “That's too simple!” But upon reflecting over her own life she recalled how she thought a bigger house would make her happy, but it didn't! She thought a better paying job would make her happy-but it hadn't.
When did she realize her greatest happiness? Sitting on the floor with her grandchildren, playing games eating pizza or reading a story, a simple gift from God. Susan knew the secret, Vicki learned the secret, and now you know it too!
We can't depend on people to make us happy. Only GOD in His wisdom can do that. Trust HIM! And now I pass the Secret on to you! So once you get it, Whatcha gonna do?
YOU have to tell someone the Secret, too! That GOD in His wisdom will take care of YOU!

“I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” - Phillippians 4:12-13

There is a dirty word if I have ever heard one but in this day and age I am sure the majority of us come from divorce parents and some of us have been through it multiple times.
The Internet is making divorce cheaper and easier. There are websites a plenty all glorifying how great they are at handling your divorce. For myself I do not feel it should be glorified. In my case this was a very sad part of my life and I didn't want it to happen. I have learn however that while it takes two to get married it only takes one to get a divorce.
Back to the websites they glorify over how many satisfied customers they have. Most of them claim satisfaction guanranteed, they give step-by-step instructions for divorce in every state, low fees, convenience, free settlement agreement, and privacy guarantees.
Then after that you read all of that you get testimonials from satisfied customers mostly commenting how fast and cheap their divorce was.
God Himself instituted marriage and stands as witness to the marriage covenant (Gen. 2:24). The union of husband and wife is intended to reflect the spiritual union of God and His people. Faithful marriage goes hand-in-hand with faithful worship and obedience within God’s family. In order not to break faith with one’s spouse or with God, we must guard our hearts against temptation. If we are faithful to His purposes for us, He will be faithful to help us live righteously.

I would like to wish my wife Charie a very happy 3rd anniversary. We first met here on BC about 5 years ago or when ever I first got on here as she was one of the first ones that I met here.
We chatted for a while and after 6 months or so I flew over to meet her and the rest as they say is history. Been married numerous times over there as she has this thing for getting married every time I went over there, hahahaha.
Not sure anymore if this is our first wedding, second wedding or which wedding anniversary as we celebrate them all and with my head disease getting harder to keep track of them all, hahahaha.
Anyway just want to share this with my friends here who have been with us from the beginning and with others who are looking at this site for a hookup to let you know that it can work if God is in the mix, cheers and God bless you all.

As with many funerals, it was a cloudy, rainy day. The deceased was a little old lady who had devoted her entire married life to fussing at her poor husband. When the grave side service had no more than terminated, there was a tremendous burst of thunder accompanied by a distant lightning bolt. The little old man looked at the pastor and calmly said, "Well, she's there."

The Real Meaning Of Peace

There once was a king who offered a prize to the artist who would paint the best picture of Peace. Many artists tried. The king looked at all the pictures. But there were only two he really liked, and he had to choose between them.
One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for peaceful towering mountains all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace.
The other picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky, from which rain fell and in which lightning played. Down the side of the mountain tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all.
But when the king looked closely, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest in perfect peace.
Which picture do you think won the prize? The king chose the second picture. Do you know why?
"Because," explained the king, "Peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace."

“And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.” - Luke 10:5

Do you demonstrate God's mercy to other people?

But you, dear friends, must continue to build your lives on the foundation of your holy faith. And continue to pray as you are directed by the Holy Spirit. Live in such a way that God's love can bless you as you wait for the eternal life that our Lord Jesus Christ in his mercy is going to give you. Show mercy to those whose faith is wavering. Rescue others by snatching them from the flames of judgment. There are still others to whom you need to show mercy, but be careful that you aren't contaminated by their sins. Titus 1:20:23 NLT

the Lord has already told you what is good, and this is what he requires: to do what is right, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8 NLT

Christians have sometimes been accused of shooting their own wounded. In our zeal for God, we can sometimes become impatient and judgmental with those who struggle with sin and doubt. Instead of rejecting them, Jude says, we should have mercy on them–just as Christ had mercy on us when he forgave our many sins. While we must not tolerate or accept sin, we are to love and accept others with kindness and mercy. If you know someone who has fallen away from God, your kindness may be just what is needed to lead them back to God.
