I don't quite get it...but let me try

Dogma is latin derived from greek signifying opinion belief. like creed again comes from the latin credo which means belief.

when read backwards you get 'am god'. 2 words derived from barbarian languages of that time. signifying that you are a deity.

does that mean if you can read latin backwards you're a deity to the barbarians that live in the north?
