Just a lonely old night... I took the boys to their Mom's for the weekend. Then went and did a little (emphasis on little) Christmas shopping. It was a long lonely ride home. The house is quiet...so I started the fire place and plopped down on the couch. The blues started setting in. Or should I say the enemy started in on me. So, I told him to shut up and go away...I got up off the couch and started shampooing carpets. Did the basement, my bedroom, the living room...they look good if I say so myself! Anyway, then I sat down and responded to some comments on my blog and began to read few blog posts. I'm thankful for BC. It might not be "perfect", I might not ever meet any of you other than through the computer (until we get to heaven), but you all are a blessing! Just wanted you all to know I appreciate you! Hey, I gotta few things I need done.....I got at least a weekends worth of chores...If ya want'em, there yours.... Smile....look at it as 2 days of Peace and Quiet....man, I wish I could have one of those weekends! Amanda

I understand the loneliness, brother. You are welcome to take a road trip to deep south Texas anytime. We can walk on the beach at South Padre Island and eat some great fish and shrimp at Dirty Al's. Nancy Let us share one anothers burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ

Thank you; it's a joy knowing you're here at BC also. I'm going to visit my 2 grandsons tomorrow. It's a drive, but ya know. . . . whaddaya gonna do? Have a very merry Christmas.

jim merry christmas i don't give satan any due but he has been working over time with my childern this past wee.just found out my only son is being deployed back to iraq in may after doing one year in 2005 over there please pray for my family. god bless cathy

Yes, know the lonely night thing. Oh, and fyi, no carpets here just hard wood and tile in the bathroom. I wouldn't put you to work!! Too much to do in my parts except it's no fun alone and I see it all the time. Get to see it thru someone else's eyes is fun. I just had the pleasure of that a few months ago. Think people are still coming my way Jan/Feb???? Not sure. Oh and yes, so cute when you sing the Ginny, Ginny. I won't correct you for it really being Jenny, Jenny. That was supposed to be my name. It's great to hear(read) you sing. Keep that light shining. Only good feelings for you when I pray!!!
