Hi Race.

I think this is a very appropriate Post, telling something very important.
When reading it I couldn't help thinking of the other side of the coin.

What really made me do that, was following:

We may not use those exact words, we may say, "I'm not important" or "No one cares" or...

Those exact examples.
To me the other side of the coin is this: If I am to consider myself as you describe above, how am I then to consider others??

When someone feels and says about himself "I'm not important"; "No one cares" then who is it that made him feel that way; and more important: who forgot to tell him otherwise?? And maybe not only tell, but kept on showing...?

10% of our communication is verbal. (Including written communication).
The rest is non-verbal communication.
Who cares??

Blessings
