I wear green most every day. I'll probably have it on for St. Patty's too.

Should we even be wearing green for that purpose to begin with as Christians? The custom of wearing green is a pagan tradition invented to take away the true Christian meaning of what St. Patrick did on this day to begin with. It is the very same as an Easter Egg, and Santa Clause. We as beleivers also need to investigate where this tradition came from, as we have dont most everything elce!

I can remember if you get pinched or kissed if you don't wear green? Maybe it depends if it's at school, work or a pub, LOL.

I don't think wearing green has anything to do with what Saint
Patrick was all about. It is just a silly ritual.

Actually, since I'm home and on vacation, I may not even get out of my PJs on Saturday!!

I grew up in a place where everyone wore green on the 17th. Later in a different location I heard that green was only for the Irish.

So, can anyone help me with the traditions?

I wear green just about every day that I work, since I spend most days in the operating room and they have green scrubs.
