Hi fieldlilies, I think maybe a small amount is a show-off thing but the rest I think are letting us know that it is a part of what they like and what they are going to do and if we want to be included then we need to decide if it's something worth pursuing.

I used to be scared to death of motorcycles and then I met my fiance, Mike, who was a drag racer (alcohol dragsters, then motorcycles) for nearly 18 years. It took him nearly a year to get rid of my fear but then I wanted to ride the bike almost everywhere we went. Mike died a little over 3 years ago in a motorcycle crash on his way home from work. I haven't rode since then but have been thinking lately that maybe it's time to get back on and go...I do miss the fresh air and just being able to really get a good look at everything around me that God created!

I can ride, and had a harley for many yrs. I miss her.

Yes it's dangerous. I had alot of ppl turn left in front of me, and I am blessed to be alive. One time I went down and had to slide in between a car that pulled out and on-coming traffic. It was my only encounter with an angel, and I'm alive today because of it! Ty God.
