Jesus said, JN 16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. God says, REV 21  He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son.Just like he said this to His son, Jesus. So, many people think that just because Jesus himself overcame the world and overcame all sorts of temtations that there is nothing for us to do, but believe. People only see 'the end of a thing' (meaning Jesus' death on the cross) and forget all about what happened, what was said, the examples given, prior to his death. I guess those things dont really mean anything hummm? ------ I hear the most heartfelt plea within me... God is pleading with me, thats what it feels like... Just like it sounded to me when he was speaking to cain... a plea to not let sin have him.. Well, if heaven is 'within' as Jesus says... and God will 'walk in us' as Jesus says... "old enough to do good and refuse evil"... Yet, we all want to blame satan. An external thing leaving us powerless to do good. Well, if God is willing to 'walk in us' to the point even of calling us his SONS.... Cant satan walk in us? Isnt satan the advisary and the accuser? Isnt he the one who plants the tares (which are seeds too arent they?)... Cant have two masters... I never could understand why people ran around calling people satans and devils and demons.. *chose good and refuse evil*... Jesus said he overcame satan, yet people still cling to that guy like he is still really here, well if Jesus overcame him, then that means he aint here anymore right? UNLESS..................... Jesus showed us the WAY, TRUTH, LIFE... so we to would overcome satan, the world, temptations...etc but we dont believe that.. we believe that JESUS did all the work, and we dont have any works to do. He who overcomes! (meaning all people).. I KNEW God didnt leave us here without a remedy, I just KNEW it... |

And people also go around preaching about the mark of the beast... 666.. cant buy nor sell... then say its ok, we are protected because "God will mark his people"... Well, when God marked Cain........... did he put a black circle of ash on Cains forehead like the catholics do? I think not. Or is it from Gods sweet wisdom that we learn what it means to be marked? I could just CRY... and well I really DO.. God didnt leave us here without remedy. Jesus really did do a wonderful job doing the job... lol Jesus said, John is the greatest born of woman... but even he will be least in the kingdom .... and John said I am not even worthy of unlacing his shoes.... What if we are to not only unlace them, but actually WALK IN THEM? HMMMM? Didnt it also say that the kingdom wants ushered in and people take it by violence? Must be a clue there about the meaning of that word. I remember a story about a man sick in bed and his buddies tore the roof off someone elses house just to 'get to Jesus' hahahah That sounds like a 'no matter what' kind of mentality to me! Jesus said, in my Fathers HOUSE there are many MANSIONS, I go, so I can make ready a ROOM for you. Seems to me, and its always felt that way to be... that merely 'saying' ..."in Jesus name, amen" after a prayer was mostly just a slap in his face.... Jesus is so incredible.. and its HARD so many times for me to take what he says and APPLY it to my life/world now... its almost like 'ways of life' are different today as in 'the view', but really its the same as then, the tools and means are just diff..
