A friend of mine is talking a lot about whether a person will loose their salvation if they commit suicide, She thinks Samson committed suicide and since he is in listed in Hebrews 11 (Hall of faith Chapter) that it may be ok to commit suicide. Her husband of 25 years left her last year. Her relationship with her daughters is not good. She lost her career and is living with her parents. She feels totally empty and that there is no reason left for her to live. Through questions I learned that she already knows how she would take her life. Please pray that God will intercede and fill the emptiness and voids she feels; That her relationship with her daughters will be restored; that she will recognize her value and how God views her, etc. Thanks! |

Talking about it to you is a good thing. She is crying out for help. I tried to commit suicide at 17. A Christian counselor was very helpful. Do you know someone qualified to talk with her? In the mean time you have my prayers. Save the earth. It's the only planet with Chocolate!

Praying for you and your friend. I can relate. My husband moved out after 25 years. My children all moved away within a couple years. I have to relearn who I am and what God has for me. Not an easy task. LeAnne Gracious, Merciful, Compassionate

May the Lord intercede in His mercy and grace and may she know that in her deepest pit ...He is deeper still, loving her and is her hope at all times...what a friend she can have in Jesus...coming into agreement with you on all points...God bless! Man can make many plans...BUT it is the Lord who will direct his paths....

Heavenly Father touch this woman and fill her heart to overflowing with your love, strengthen and comfort her, hold her close to you and by your Holy Spirit give her your peace, Father soften her heart and open her eyes that she may see and feel your presence restore the relationship with her daughter and refresh her in Jesus name Amen God Bless You, Mike

will continue to lift her up in prayer and I agree with Pat that this is her way of crying out for help and hope you can stay in contact with her and possibly find a sister that has experience in this kind of depression and might be able to talk with her also, check with your church! Jeremiah 29:11 I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, not of evil, to give you an expected end.
