A memory lapse

I had a late lunch - home made subway, with ciabatta bread, cheese, tomato and ham.

Whilst the bread was heating in the oven, I saw a brief passage of play from the Wales versus Australia rugby match. It seemed clear that Wales had already lost, but they were playing hard, and really challenging the Aussie defence.

I found myself wondering if my mum was watching, because we used to watch Wales together back in the 1970s.

Then I remembered that she died 8 years ago

But heaven is better than rugby
