ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!

IF NO ONE ELSE IS WILLING TO DO THIS THEN I WILL

It seems to me that some of you out there believe that just because BC doesn’t look like an ordinary church [doors, walls, steeple, sanctuary, alter] that you don’t have to treat it like a church [a body of believers].

Matthew 18 : 19 - 20 (New King James Version)
19 “Again I say to you that IF two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.
20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”

According to the Word that I read this is not the case; BC is very much a church. And as a church we should work at coming into agreement with one another on behalf of all who choose to enter in. look at the word IF in vs. 19, In this little word we read full volumes of WHY we have been brought together in the name of Jesus[vs20]. Do we not want for our Heavenly Father to rain down blessings on each and every one of us? Does not the Lord Himself gather with us in our midst? Can you spot Him in the blogs, posts, and responses? Lately I have been having a hard time doing this. What I do see grieves me. Who are we to enter into another’s life uninvited and tear down what God has worked so hard to build up? Why is it that when we hear of someone’s troubles the only thing that enters into our minds is how are we going drive the nails deeper? If you are one who has taken part in setting yourself up against our Sister Myrrh777 then consider your own place in the Kingdom of God. Are you so righteous that you feel that there is not anything written in the sand that will prevent you from throwing the first stone?

Ephesians 4 : 29 (New King James Version)
29 Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers.

Long ago I wrote that what we do is much more than writing words on a screen as we blog and post. What we are doing in a sense is speaking with a voice that can reach much further than with the one given to us in flesh. Do we not realize that just as God has given us a voice from our mouths He has also given us a voice here in BC with every written word we post? Every word spoken to one another either in conversation or written will be recorded by God in a book that He will read as He chooses who will be His treasured possessions.

Malachi 3 : 16 - 17 (New King James Version)
16 Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD listened and heard them; So a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who meditate on His name.
17 "They will be mine," says the LORD Almighty, "in the day when I make up my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as in compassion a man spares his who serves him.

Here in BC we should spend our efforts to comfort, encourage, edify, bless and impart grace to all who hear the words we post. Who are we to cast stones at our own. Leave that to the world, instead lets come together in unity and pray for one another, and if you don’t pray then please don’t post. This is not the place where division will be tolerated. None of us is perfect, and all of us are in need.
May the Lord bless all who read this post.
AMEN.
