you are currently going through and even to
the same degree

Each persons pain is unique to that particular
individual person

Depression, up to a certain degree,
is a tool the body uses to protect
itself; and

Beyond

that point, it becomes dangerous
more and more.

Keep tabs on yourself Meow and don't always sit at home.
Go and help someone who is worse off than you. By all
means, be creative and find a way to hold on to hope.

I finally figured out that your boxes were link buttons! I am going to copy you again, cat-to-copy.

I don't feel the pain, but I know of others who feel it. I believe they are the intercessors. Turn it into prayer, Meow. Pray in the Spirit. Our doing changes very little, but when His Spirit moves us, we know how to pray. If it is He who gives you this burden, He must want you to move that mountain. Listen to what He says is the next step. Is it a tray of brownies, a smile, a helping hand, a listening ear? It will not be more than you can handle.

Father, give Sir Meow wisdom and peace from your very heart. Give him brothers and sisters nearby who will take steps with him into your perfect and simple will as to those he knows are hurting. Give him grace, Holy One. Grace: Your empowering Presence.

I feel the pain. I have felt the pain for 16 years. Today, I happened to come across your blog. I can't hold back the tears. Not many understand depression, they think that you can just shake it off. You can't! It is an awful, tortures chemical imbalance, one that only God can understand and others that have been through it. Those that you are talking about it, hear you my brother in the Lord. They hear, keep on spreading the Lords' Word and Never Ever Lose Hope. You have to Stand Strong in the Name of Jesus Christ. God is everything and He will give you the strength and the grace for each day. Satan is just trying to pull you down, don't let Him. Praise the Lord, for He is good~He has blessed you. He loves you so much. I know the pain that you are going through~You are in my prayers and so are the others. Jesus' is coming soon and soon there will be no more pain and no more suffering, but until then the Lord Jesus Christ has a plan for each and eveyrone of us and we must fullfill it wherever we are. Pain is beautiful when seen in God's light.......its a direct access that connects us straight to the heart of the Master. Why the dessert? Perhaps God is taking you to a place where He can talk and you could listen...........you have to thirst for Him......you're quiet an artist...expressing yourself...your pain.....just identify it with His.Imagine yourself in a subway...in a pub...in a concert room filled with people, at the height of all the bubble-rubble wordly coming ins and going out? You really think you can get in touch with God talking to you there? He has to lead you to a dessert.....so you can get in touch with your thirst.............Cheers!!! You're a-okay in God man.

WHEREVER you go, WHEREVER you are, we must lift up the name of the Lord and rejoice in our sufferings. Depression is silent and noone can see it. Treasure what the Lord has given you. You are able to put into words, things that I have felt at times but never been able to explain. The depression is not our own, but a spiritual depression from the pain of watching others run towards hell, unknown what awaits them.

A pain becuase they have a misguided idea of who Jesus is, a pain becuase they do not understand the reality of their future.

I really enjoyed this post.

Expressing the pain we as Christians feel as we watch others disreguard the open arms of Jesus, watching others just pass Jesus by on their road of searching for happiness in all the wrong places.

The pain we feel inside for them, becuase somehow we are unable to bridge the gap, and make it clear, we are unable to get them to realize there is a much bigger picture here, besides life today here on earth.

The pain we feel for them as we watch them head for eternity, an eternal destination without the things that make them happy here on earth, the desolation, emptyness, and solitude of hell, total seperation from everything and everyone they love. That physical death is not the end but only the beginning to a life in total despair in hell, not something to be taken lightly.

All becuase they misunderstand the true meaning of Jesus and his death on the cross and that God sent his Son into the World to save it, not condemn it.

It is hard to live a happy life as a Christian when you watch people run towards hell. But we must remember that when we pray for them and put it all in God's hands, we can live a victorious life! And show them Christ's victory at the Cross through the freedom Christ has given us in our lives!

Yeshua has compassion for all. However, His stipulation that we must die to the world and be born again through His death for us is non-negotiable.

Oh how I am grieved over the blindness, moreover by the blatant refusal of the millions to take hold of His merciful and costly gift.

Hey Kitty, I know what is to be sad. Depression? probably. Frustration? Of course. Passion? I feel that is the root of depression. Passion to really be alive, to really be used, like the way you, Kitty/Meow, would so desire for God to use you to reach the lives of the lost. As one other fellow said there is a point where your pain becomes a weapon against you instead of for you. Use your desire/passion/conviction to not just watch but really show these lost souls how God has pained you, I'll say burdened, you to watch these go on not seeing, not hearing, not wanting to save their own souls.Perhaps you can be the mirror which reflects the depravity of their condition. Depression? More like conviction, the way Christ was feeling when He knew He had to die the night of the Last Supper.

In the depths of the "shadow of death" God or YHWH elohim COULD help in some way, even help a person to physically die, if that seems best.

Could the gun* of the Spirit help kill* the feelings that tear at us, so that we may be comforted, encouraged, even healed inside?

I am certain that Depression is not a friend, though a sorrow that points toward YHWH elohim can lead us back to where it is said that "at Your right hand are pleasures for evermore"; and someone said he kept YHWH elohim at HIS right hand.

But sometimes it seems that "It's harder to believe than not to".*

And "Hope deferred/put off for a long time makes the heart sick".

But from experience I know that "the way of {{not believing}} is hard". And that I must cling to what I have "proven" to be true in order, sometimes, to just deal with or handle things.

It can help to find people who are encouraging, as long as they don't end up being "miserable comforters", as Job said his friends were.

"Whoever will call with the Name YHWH will be delivered".

Someone said, "Consider Him / Keep Him {{Christ/Messiah}} in mind Who endured... or else you may get weary, and give up in your minds". He was speaking to Christians or believers, of course. For once Christ's Spirit is in a person, it says "I can do all things through Christ Who is strengthening me". Happy words for a gloomy heart, they may be. But what matters is whether they are true or not, and then whether we will believe them, and trust Him, or not.

I know that at special moments, I have had (received? ) uncommon strength, strength that I have not often known. But one of the moments that comes to mind was when I prayed for or needed strength to help someone else. And being extremely out of physical shape, I was somehow able to climb a long way up an actual mountain path, without tiring, to find someone who was accidentally left by himself along the way. This was after I had already walked up and down the trails myself once that day.

I have had seemingly miraculous time and prophecy-like events occur as well. At times, there IS or was Someone Who has or had the know-how, and perhaps the power, to assist me when I seemed to need it. And I suppose one could say that there still is Someone Who can help us when we need it.

Whether that is for us to live, or to die.

Will that Someone help when you call? Or will you need to ask others to ask Someone to help? Or both?

For me too, i disable to walk in life even for 1 day without faith in Christ, and i knew the reason why there were many things that attacked my brain since i return to Light for the world and fight the world to hold my faith. The Lord is the reason why i was strong while the storm hit my life, and i knew why He let the storm came to me: to make me stronger and more mature in faith.
My life is for Christ, die is a gain
