I have been told I have to be out by August 10th but upon further research have found that if I am not out at that time they MUST take the case before the JP here. Their "reasons" have to do with my dog mostly, they claim that I do not clean up after him. But the truth of the matter is that I was threatened 2 1/2 years ago by the head maintenance man because he assumed I was making a complaint against him when I wasn't. After he threatened me I certainly did make a complaint and he and the powers that be at the housing authority have been giving me problems ever since. They don't show up for inspections as scheduled then claim that I did not allow them in. They claim that I have "hindered" them from performing their jobs. Between myself and several others we have proof in various forms that these folks are breaking every rule in the book but have as yet been unable to get HUD, FHA or anyone else to investigate. The problem is with them not me and we will see how the JP handles it. It is my understanding that he is a wonderful Christian man. I feel more encouraged. Please continue to keep me in your prayers and thank you all for your support. It is so wonderful to know that even when I feel the most alone you are all out there lifting me up to our Father, undergirding me with your love, support and prayers. One thing about it all, we are told that God works all things for our good, well, I've lost about 15 pounds in the past month and a half since this whole thing started up again. Praise the Lord!!!!
