Does Your Walk Match Your Talk?

Matthew 7:21 Not everyone that sayeth unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

An inscription on a cathedral wall in Germany reads as follows:

Thus speaketh Christ our Lord to us,
"You call me Master and obey me not;
You call me light and see me not;
You call me the Way and walk me not;
You call me life and live me not;
You call me wise and follow me not;
You call me fair and love me not;
You call me rich and ask me not;
You call me eternal and seek me not;
If I condemn you, blame me not."*

that was simillar to my bible reading 2 days ago in that God took no pleasure in Israels sacrifices and new moon festivals because their actions did not match their heart and sincerity

I find it so interesting how God will send the same message to folks in more than one way. I was just reading in Matthew and came across this and thought it would make an excellent post as I had never seen it before. Thanks for coming by, Caro, it's good to see you. You are so faithful and I never let you know how much I appreciate you.
